General Summary of Position:
Granite is currently seeking applicants for our Voice Activations team to support our voice related products and services (HPBX, SIP, ePOTS, RCFs, Epik). This individual will be responsible for contributing to the technical implementation of our IP voice services at customer locations, from strategic planning and order configurations through to turning up and troubleshooting IP voice services. We are looking for representatives preferably with experience in the VoIP technology space or relevant technical background willing to learn and excel in the field.

- Use internal system to run through activation queue
- Assist technicians and customers on the phone
- Handle escalation support for voice product activations both internally and to customers
- Troubleshoot services and devices in the field with customers and technicians
- Update configurations and/or order details to create successful turn up of services for customer
- Reconfigure Routers or equipment
Required Qualifications:
- Technical background or desire to grow in technical field

Aquatics - Deep Water Exercise Instructor
Pay Rate: $31.67 - $37.81
If you're passionate about fitness, enjoy motivating others, and love working in the water, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! The City of Kirkland is seeking qualified instructors to teach deep water exercise classes at the Peter Kirk Pool.
Classes are held Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. This position is open to applicants 18 years of age and older with prior experience teaching group aquatic fitness classes. In this role, you will plan and lead safe, engaging workouts that include warm-ups, conditioning, strength and flexibility exercises, and cool-downs, while demonstrating routines and supporting participants throughout each class.
Instructors are responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment and ensuring participants follow proper exercise techniques. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible, as positions are open until filled.

What You’ll Do:
- Provides direct physical therapy according to directions of a qualified physical therapist and in accordance with the physician's plan of care and as defined in the state Physical Therapy Practice Act.
- Treats patient to relieve pain, develop or restore function, and maintain maximum performance.

- Instructs patients in care and use of wheelchairs, braces, crutches, canes, and prosthetic or orthotic devices.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with either an Associate’s degree in science or applied science that is approved by American Physical Therapy Association, Inc.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
- At least one (1) years’ experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant (preferred)
- Complies and maintains current CPR certification.

Essential Functions
Patient Care
- Deliver physical therapy interventions as directed by a qualified Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s plan of care and the state Physical Therapy Practice Act.
- Treat patients to help relieve pain, maintain function, and support maximum safe performance.
- Lead patients through active and passive therapeutic exercises, muscle re-education, gait training, functional mobility activities, transfer training, and prosthetic training.
- Utilize physical agents such as heat, cold, water, light, electricity, ultrasound, and massage in alignment with state practice guidelines.
- Observe and report patient responses, progress, or changes in condition to the Physical Therapist and appropriate agency personnel.
- Instruct patients in the safe use and care of mobility and supportive devices, including wheelchairs, braces, crutches, canes, and prosthetic or orthotic devices.
Communication & Documentation
- Document clinical notes and updates in a timely and accurate manner; ensure all documentation is incorporated into the patient’s clinical record as required.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care discussions and collaborate with the hospice care team to support coordinated service delivery.
Additional Responsibilities
- Attend home care team meetings, in-service programs, and interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings.
- Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support high-quality patient care.
Qualifications

Essential Functions
Patient Care
- Deliver physical therapy interventions as directed by a qualified Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s plan of care and the state Physical Therapy Practice Act.
- Treat patients to help relieve pain, maintain function, and support maximum safe performance.
- Lead patients through active and passive therapeutic exercises, muscle re-education, gait training, functional mobility activities, transfer training, and prosthetic training.
- Utilize physical agents such as heat, cold, water, light, electricity, ultrasound, and massage in alignment with state practice guidelines.
- Observe and report patient responses, progress, or changes in condition to the Physical Therapist and appropriate agency personnel.
- Instruct patients in the safe use and care of mobility and supportive devices, including wheelchairs, braces, crutches, canes, and prosthetic or orthotic devices.
Communication & Documentation
- Document clinical notes and updates in a timely and accurate manner; ensure all documentation is incorporated into the patient’s clinical record as required.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care discussions and collaborate with the hospice care team to support coordinated service delivery.
Additional Responsibilities
- Attend home care team meetings, in-service programs, and interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings.
- Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an associate degree in science or applied science (approved by APTA).
- Meets hospice personnel qualifications per §418.114(b)(8).
- Current PTA certification or licensure as required by state law.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Current CPR certification.
- Licensed driver with a reliable, insured automobile that meets organizational requirements.

Required:
