ABOUT THE NATIONAL ADVERTISING DIVISION (NAD)

The National Advertising Division was founded in 1971 as a system of independent industry self-regulation to build consumer trust in advertising and support fair competition in the marketplace. NAD holds national advertising across all media types to high standards of truth and accuracy by reviewing truth-in-advertising challenges from businesses, trade associations, consumers, or on its own initiative. NAD’s case decisions represent the single largest body of advertising law in the country. Over its 50-year history, NAD has published thousands of decisions and has become the leading voice in providing guidance for truthful and transparent advertising. NAD reviews advertising in any industry and advertising format and often addresses cutting-edge advertising issues before regulatory guidance is available.


YOUR IMPACT

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside NAD attorneys on current cases analyzing various types of advertising and marketing claims.
  • Researching NAD precedes on pertinent legal issues and providing written guidance for attorneys to use in case decisions.
  • Identifying problematic advertising claims in social media space.
  • Keeping NAD staff abreast of new applicable case law including recent FTC actions.
  • Participating in weekly case meetings providing insight into current advertising and marketing law issues.

Overview

A leading ecommerce organization is ramping up marketing and onsite merchandising work this year and is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager/Site Merchandiser to support key initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience executing onsite merchandising on large online marketplaces, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-informed environment and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

You will be responsible for driving a best-in-class customer experience through effective onsite merchandising strategies, content execution, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute onsite merchandising strategies to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize onsite placements, including featured content, category pages, landing pages, and promotional modules.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with availability to be onsite in Seattle 3–4 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing merchandising or marketing programs for large consumer brands or online marketplaces.

Position Overview

As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions.
