Key Responsibilities

- Monitor proper T&E controls as well as key operational management controls.
- Propose concrete action plans to Management regarding training needs based on the frequency of problem types, audit findings, and inquiries from cusstomers. Also, deliver feedback on suggested policies and procedures to gain efficiencies and overall compliance with expense management tools and platforms.
- Provide guidance and training to card holders and Concur users as needed. Support them with any expense reporting issues. Questions must be handled with diplomacy, friendliness, accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.
- Provide necessary reports and analyses to management, conduct sensitive investigations, and enforce compliance with Travel and Expense company policies.
- Support external audit efforts and maintain familiarity with SAP elements (e.g., chart of accounts, profit center and cost center hierarchies).
- Remain abreast of best practices and trends relevant to corporate card administration, shared services, and related technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP Concur administration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in working within Corporate Card functions in a Shared Service.
- Proven track record in delivering high levels of customer service.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic mindset.
- Familiarity designing and standardizing processes, preferably transactional activities

Responsibilities
• Manage an accounts payable mailbox for user requests. Be able to understand the request, clarify it as necessary, address it and/or determine the best path to closure.
• Provide support during the budget cycles, including whitepaper contribution and reviews, meeting set-up and WorkDocs folder access requests.
• Be able to address ad hoc accounts payable and accounts receivable requests. Address ambiguous requests and move to clarification and resolution.
• Oversee the collection of root cause analysis responses to purchase order violations of the spend and transaction policy including maintaining the POAI reporting dashboard.
• Set up new suppliers in finance tools following an established process of onboarding, including managing NDA’s and working directly with suppliers ensuring a positive experience.
• Provide monthly billing and collection support including but not limited to parking, rebates, penalties and incentives.
• Manage invoice creation, cancellation or inquiries as well as tracing payments as needed.
• Manage financial inspections including monthly accruals defect calculation.

THE POSITION
The Head Start Program Director reports to the Director of Human Services, or their designee, leads a team of professionals, and is responsible for the direction, management, and implementation of the Head Start/Early Head Start Birth-to-Five program. The Head Start Program Director continuously monitors the progress on meeting child outcomes and school readiness goals with the deliberate intent of meeting or exceeding the national average for child outcomes.
The position oversees 6 direct reports, a department budget of $25 million, and staff of 100.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strategic and operational leadership for the division; establish priorities, goals, policies, and performance standards; and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
- Build and sustain collaborative relationships with the Head Start Policy Council, Advisory Board, Mayor’s Office, City leadership, County, State, and Federal partners, regulatory agencies, delegate partners, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality, culturally responsive child development services aligned with Head Start Performance Standards and California early childhood education standards and Community Care licensing.
- Oversee fiscal management, including budget development, financial oversight, contract administration, invoice processing, payments and pursuit of grants and alternative funding sources.
- Review budgets, checking that expenditures align with allowable uses, and watching for early signs of risk – whether in financial reports, staffing patterns or enrollment data.
- Direct and coordinate division operations, ensuring consistency in policy implementation and effective collaboration with external agencies, consultants, and vendors.
- Recruit, supervise, and develop staff; address public inquiries and eligibility determinations; and provide technical assistance to community partners.
- Establish community engagement, education and training programs for clients, partners and members of the public. QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in public administration, business administration, human services, education, health services, sociology, psychology, or a closely related field. A Master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Leadership Experience: At least five (5) years of progressively responsible supervisory or managerial experience in human services program administration.
- Program Experience: Experience managing or working with federally funded programs (e.g., Head Start or similar grant-funded initiatives) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner delivers annual risk assessment in a residential setting or telehealth, within the scope of practice for a Nurse Practitioner, as delegated by the Collaborative Physician.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive in-home health risk assessments to identify all active and chronic disease conditions, as well as determine all physical, mental, and social needs present at the time of the visit
- Takes history, examines, determines diagnoses.
- Provides written documentation of patient visit, per NCQA standards
- Takes patient vital signs, as necessary.
- Places case management referrals and communicates with PCP as necessary.
- Communicates with patients, caregivers, agency nurses, other providers and vendors as necessary to assure proper diagnosis.
