• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; Master's degree in Tax preferred
• 5+ years of recent accounting firm experience, including managing multiple tax accounting projects and customer engagements, directing, scheduling staff, and managing workflow. Additional industry experience is a plus.

JOB SUMMARY

The Paralegal supports the Company’s insurance, contract, and real estate leasing functions, including preparation, coordination, execution, and tracking of real estate documents and standard lease agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and submission of insurance applications and renewals.
