Position Summary:

The Health & Wellness Director is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the health and well-being of residents within the community, ensuring regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, and high-quality care delivery.

This role is eligible for a 10% annual performance-based bonus, aligned with individual and community performance goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that community follows all federal, state, local laws and regulations as it pertains to clinical care.
  • Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting occurrence trends, and if necessary, develop/implement improvement plans.
  • Partners with Administrator and other team members to analyze and maintain all resident and team member health safety.
  • Partners with pharmacy consultant to provide optimal pharmaceutical services to residents.
  • Responsible for clinical expertise of licensed nurses.
  • Assists with educational presentations as assigned by administrator.
  • Identifies ongoing needs and services of residents through the assessment/ Service Plan process including documentation for residents with a change in health care status.
  • Responsible for overseeing the completion of the monthly updates and reporting any pertinent changes to the responsible party.
  • Partners with other department coordinators to identify, review, and discuss potential change in service/medication levels if applicable.
  • Ensures the resident's service plan is updated as indicated by state regulations.
  • Participates in community awareness activities and community relations.
  • Maintains communications with resident's family and/or responsible party regarding changes in care or health concerns.
  • Informs the Business Office of fee changes related to care needs, if applicable.
  • Schedules clinical staff on a monthly basis.
  • Ensures adequate clinical supplies are available.
  • Participates in a rotating on-call schedule.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Provides supervision to LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants and others as assigned to assure delivery of consistently high quality care to residents. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with attorneys and directly with business units on drafting, negotiating and closing license agreements:

    • for the acquisition of motion picture and television content to support the strategic distribution activities of Disney Platform Distribution on a global basis;

The RT Vent Field Clinician is a Respiratory Therapist providing respiratory patient care to Vent patients for optimal outcomes. The RT will utilize all the resources available within the agency and community to accomplish care objectives. - Utilizes various sources of information to attain greater competence about his or her position, including attending educational events (including attending optional in-services) and asking questions.

Role Summary

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with a security-first mindset to improve the reliability, operational maturity, and day-to-day security of our e-commerce platform and related systems. This role is hands-on and operational. It focuses on improving how we deploy, secure, monitor, and document our environment.


Our stack includes WordPress and WooCommerce running on AWS with Amazon RDS, Cloudflare for DNS and edge security controls, and Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines for build and deployment workflows. The role also includes Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online security administration and continuous improvement. You do not need to be an application programmer, but you should be comfortable with automation, scripting, and tightening operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the reliability and security of our AWS-hosted WordPress and WooCommerce platform, including Amazon RDS and Elastic Beanstalk deployments.
  • Maintain and improve Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines to support consistent releases, including approvals, artifacts, environment separation, and rollback planning.
  • Improve deployment practices to reduce downtime and risk. This includes coordinating Cloudflare maintenance mode, release validation, warm-up steps, and post-deploy verification.
  • Administer and improve Cloudflare configurations including DNS, SSL/TLS settings, WAF rules, bot controls, rate limiting, caching behavior, and maintenance workflows.
  • Implement basic monitoring and alerting using cloud-native or existing tools, with a focus on site availability and key WooCommerce flows such as add-to-cart and checkout.
  • Administer and improve Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online security controls in coordination with IT leadership, including MFA, Conditional Access baselines, admin role hygiene, audit logging, and retention policies.
  • Maintain strong access controls and operational security hygiene across cloud and SaaS systems, including least privilege, periodic access reviews, and secure secrets handling.
  • Own backup, disaster recovery readiness, and restore validation for systems supporting the e-commerce platform and adjacent services.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation including diagrams, runbooks, deployment procedures, recovery steps, and access processes.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to support integrations, hosting, and operational troubleshooting across adjacent systems and services.

Required Qualifications

  • 4 to 6+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, platform operations, or systems administration supporting production environments.
  • Hands-on AWS operations experience for production web workloads, including IAM fundamentals, networking concepts, backups, and Amazon RDS operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines, including release workflows, approvals, artifacts, variables, and deployment automation.
  • Hands-on Cloudflare experience including DNS, SSL/TLS, WAF, bot mitigation, rate limiting, and caching controls.

KEY PURPOSE:

The Sports Marketing and Team Sales Representative will manage a territory that includes teams and clubs. This position will be responsible for managing contract deliverables for sponsored teams, athletes, and coaches while actively driving team sales through sponsorship and promotional programs. The SMR will also support sales and accounts at events.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sponsorship

  • Identify and create new team contracts to leverage sponsorships within local swim teams markets.
  • Review details of sponsorship contracts and agreements with Speedo coaches.
  • Review and carryout sponsorship details, event outfitting, event participation with Speedo sales reps and Team Dealers.
  • Carryout sponsorship details, event outfitting, and event participation with sponsored teams.
  • Coordinate orders through B2B sponsored team website for equipment for teams attending National meets.
  • Maintain Salesforce team sponsorship database with all team and coach contract deliverables, financial responsibilities, and coach/team contact details.
  • Assist in forecasting potential promotional items and product needs for Speedo incentive programs.
  • Reference contracts for all outfitting to ensure teams are staying within contract allotment.
  • Following up with teams, dealers, and reps regarding outstanding orders.
  • Maintain team sponsorship database with order numbers, team notes, and remaining support allowance.
  • Coordinate all team sales details with AE and Team Dealer, yearly.
  • Present contracts in person to decision makers, ensuring all parties understand obligations in full and how they will be fulfilled.

Event fulfillment

  • Attend industry events, National/Local swim meets and tradeshows.

  • Assist with on-site booth set-up, merchandising, and restocking.
  • Work with Athlete Coordinators to organize on-site athlete appearances and leverage appearances in the local competitive swimming community.

Product
