Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Jacksonville, FL, for an Event Planning Assistant / Events Associate. The individual in this position will assist in planning and coordinating events, including special occasions, parties, showers and weddings. Responsibilities include working directly with clients to customize event plans, organizing logistics, providing seamless customer service during events, and supporting sales efforts to promote event packages. The Events Associate will also help with setup and breakdown and ensure events run smoothly, delivering a positive experience for all attendees. Automatic gratuity is applied to parties.


The event coordinator will also assist and attend some off-site promotional events.


Qualifications

BASIC FUNCTION:

CASTO's Payroll Coordinator ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, maintains organized records, and supports essential HR functions. This role is an integral part of the human resources team.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Payroll:

  • Manage the timekeeping system and assist supervisors with processing time
  • Enter all changes in payroll system, ensuring integrity of the data
  • Transmit bi-weekly payrolls
  • Import files and run scheduled and ad hoc payroll reports
  • Cut manual checks as needed outside the normal payroll cycle
  • Maintain accurate records in the company's electronic filing system


Personnel Changes:

  • Track the receipt of associate documents and manage new hire checklists
  • Process terminations, including drafting termination letters and processing termination checklists


FMLA and Medical Leave:

  • Process and track all medical leave and ensure the appropriate documents are sent and received
  • Work with our third-party FMLA administrator to manage FMLA claims


Other duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate annual compensation review by preparing market data and salary sheets
  • Protect the integrity of HR's electronic filing system by ensuring documents are current and entered without error

Job Summary

Provide high quality images, to include sophisticated special procedures, through operation of specialized equipment which ensures optimum clarity for physician diagnosis and minimum discomfort and radiation exposure to patients. Provides for patient care and initiates life support measures as necessary. Interacts effectively with patients, physicians, family members, department staff, and healthcare workers.

Possesses the skills and knowledge to operate CT equipment to produce quality CT scans, as well as the ability to perform related procedures and protocols. Has the ability to learn and utilize new technology as well as orient new employees. Possesses the ability to professionally obtain information from patients or their responsible parties to further improve their personalized treatment and care.

On a continuum, the CT Technologist works to develop an understanding of the patient's physical and emotional status. Works well with all age groups.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program.

Thorough understanding of diagnostic radiographic principles, including film processing, quality control and radiation protection; must have knowledge of cross sectional anatomy and an understanding of computer language.

Registered or registry eligible by the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists). Attain registration within two years of hire. CT certification preferred.

Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy to students in a school setting.
