We are seeking a Indirect Procurement Senior Manager for our First Quality Products Company located in McElhattan, PA. This position may be based out of our Central PA site (McElhattan, PA & Lewistown, PA) or Macon, GA.
This position will be responsible for leading the indirect procurement department covering all FQ Absorbent Hygiene companies (AbHy). The individual in this role will manage strategic sourcing initiatives, approve spend in certain categories, work closely with other functional department team members to standardize and streamline spend, lead negotiations with vendors, and collaborate across AbHy plants to ensure consistency of processes and purchases to leverage spend and deliver the best overall value for FQ. Must have the ability to travel roughly 30% of time to AbHy locations.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Direct/coordinate the procurement of indirect materials, supplies, spare parts, and services (MRO) needed to support operations for all AbHy plants by promoting collaboration across AbHy indirect buyers and functional departments to find synergies and negotiate aggregated volumes to achieve commercial benefits
- Represent FQ by developing strategic relationships with key suppliers. This includes sourcing and negotiating strategies along with leading the internal process and obtaining alignment with cross functional stakeholders
- Design and implement policies and procedures for the indirect procurement department that are consistent with the overall FQ purchasing policies.
- Identify and track cost savings initiatives including dollar savings and process improvements within the indirect procurement department and with functional departments to support FQ’s Funding the Growth (FTG) efforts
- Lead and manage a team of indirect buyers across multiple locations, providing training, supervision, direction, and guidance.
- Establish and maintain measurable performance metrics covering procurement activities including but not limited to buyer activity levels, categorized spend, requisition activity, and internal order placement performance.
- Approve requisitions across multiple plants in specific categories of spend to ensure the requisitioned item or service is accurate in need and scope, interface heavily with the requisitioning department to resolve questions and thoroughly vet the spend, and provide analytics to support the spend with documented notes and summaries to leadership, and.
- Participate in the development of cost-effective parts, equipment, and substitute equipment while maintaining quality and safety.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the procurement department and other functional departments, finance, and plant leadership to ensure alignment of goals and objectives and cost savings initiatives.
- Research and identify vendors of spare parts, supplies, services, and other goods to assess for potential inclusion in competitive bidding to continually strengthen the FQ vendor selection options.
- Create or assist in creating procurement documentation such as requisition summaries to support spend, executive summaries, RFI’s, RFP’s and RFQ’s, and other spend and sourcing analytical reports.
- Build and develop our digital roadmap to drive automation, efficiency, insights, and cost effectiveness
- Position will require 30% travel.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management / supply chain or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing operations, with negotiating, cost analysis, and supply chain or procurement experience preferred.
- Strong and effective communicator, both oral and written, who can articulate and clearly convey information with good interpersonal and leadership skills while interfacing with all levels of FQ’s organization structure.
- Experience in supervising and leading a team of employees is ideal.
- Demonstrated experience with business relationship development and excellent customer service.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving and process optimization abilities while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a solid team player with ability to lead a team successfully with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of procurement functions and ERP systems, SAP and Hexagon EAM, strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with heavy emphasis on advanced Excel skills.

The Acquisitions Analyst will play a central role in evaluating new investment opportunities, performing detailed financial analyses, underwriting development and acquisition scenarios, and supporting the deal execution process. Financial Modeling & Underwriting
- Build and maintain detailed Excel-based financial models for development and acquisition opportunities across BTR and self-storage asset classes.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses, scenario modeling, lease-up projections, exit analyses, and returns modeling (IRR, cash-on-cash, equity multiples).
- Evaluate land acquisition, development feasibility, and value-add opportunities.

- Support the due diligence process, including lease audits, financial statement reviews, site visit coordination, vendor management, and communication with brokers/consultants.

- Prepare investment papers, IC memos, and presentation materials for internal partners and capital providers.
- Coordinate with legal, lenders, contractors, architects, and third-party consultants throughout the closing process.
- Maintain acquisition pipeline tracking, stage updates, and deal status reports.

Position description
The Bancroft Library seeks an inclusive, innovative, user-centered, and collaborative individual to join the Public Services team as the Instruction and Outreach Librarian. Reporting to the Head of Public Services, the Instruction and Outreach Librarian will design and lead instruction and outreach activities that engage constituent communities and promote the use of The Bancroft Library's collections. Serving as a work lead for the instruction team, which includes the Instruction Specialist, this role is responsible for collaborating cross functional teams within and outside The Bancroft (including curators, archivists, librarians, faculty, graduate students, and the general public), and coordinating the workflow for all teaching and learning activity. This role is also responsible for developing pedagogical approaches that move beyond lecture-based show-and-tell and engage users by developing critical archival literacy through inquiry-based learning, building a community of practice with archivists, educators, and community members. Through coordinating workflows and developing meaningful pedagogies, the Instruction and Outreach Librarian will promote inclusive practices and exhibit a commitment to accessibility in the development and delivery of services and programs. As a member of the Public Services team, this position is also responsible for assisting with reading room operations and answering reference questions.

The Bancroft Library of the University of California, Berkeley, is one of the largest and most heavily used libraries of rare materials in the West. Its holdings include more than 800,000 volumes, 210 million manuscript items, 9 million photographs and other pictorial materials, 86,000 microforms, 9.4 million digital files, and 25,000 maps, as well as numerous other categories of unique material. The two largest collections are the Bancroft Collection of Western and Latin Americana and the Rare Books Collection. The archival and rare book materials of the Magnes Collection of Jewish Art and Life are also part of the Bancroft holdings. Responsibilities
- Leads the work of the team involved in designing instruction and outreach, which includes the Instruction Specialist, members of the curatorial team, and librarians and archivists, introducing the campus community and public to The Bancroft Library's vast holdings, critical archival literacy, and research skills.
- Explores and implements new pedagogical approaches in experiential teaching and learning to engage users in research and critical interpretation using special collections materials.
- Works with colleagues across the UC Berkeley Libraries, faculty across disciplines, and communities outside the University to build partnerships, share best practices, and create new resources around instruction and primary source literacy.
- Coordinates the workflow for all teaching and learning activities at The Bancroft Library, employing new tools and redefining workflows for increased communication and efficiency.
- Facilitates outreach programming for a broad community of users, working closely with Bancroft colleagues, including selecting and paging material, designing sessions or events, and set-up/take-down for special visits, tours, pop-up exhibitions, fellowship programs, and the filming of Bancroft's holdings, spaces, and services.
- Creates, develops, and maintains instructional tools, aids, guides, webpages, and tutorials.
- Collects statistics and conducts assessment documenting instruction and outreach activities, striving to establish a programmatic culture of continual improvement and adaptation.
- Supports reading room activity by working shifts on registration, reference, or circulation desks in the reading room and answering reference questions both in-person and virtual.
- Serves on department, Library, and/or University-wide committees, task forces, and/or working groups.
- Contributes to the national and international reputation of The Bancroft Library and the UC Berkeley Library through professional research, service, and collaboration with appropriate colleagues and organizations.

About the Role
As a Product Designer, you are passionate creative, responsible for developing products and packaging for CURiO Brands that are innovative, beautiful, safe, and sellable to end consumers. You have a strong artist hand and are confident in illustration, painting, and other traditional mediums. You’ll leverage your unique talents, such as illustration and surface design, to create and source custom vessels (glass, metal, and ceramic) and secondary packaging (paper boxes, tubes, bags, labels, hangtags), through the opportunity to work on CURiO’s exciting brands Capri Blue, Thymes, and Otherland.

What You’ll Do
Design & Concept:
- Collaborate with Product Design Manager and team, along with Brand to research and concept new product ideas.
- Develop mood boards for new product collections and product formats.
- Push creative boundaries to drive great design and strong innovation.
- Proactively research market trends and innovation opportunities.
- Work with vendors to source and develop new techniques and manufacturing capabilities.
- Prepare creative presentations and present concepts to internal brand team and external customers.
- Demonstrate systematic approach in designs for varying structures, materials, sizes and product types.
- Brand steward, keen eye for detail, refine designs across selected product assortment.
- Create 3D renderings, recommend dimensions, and determine materials for product and packaging.

- Cut and mock-up packaging/ product samples to support marketing team with photoshoot and sample needs.
- Provide design specifics and photos of development samples for specification documents.

About the Role
This is a Founding Account Executive role (full-cycle sales).
You will work directly with the founder every day to help build the sales engine for Harmony from the ground up.
This is not a traditional SaaS AE role.
Our sales process involves deep research, cold outreach, factory visits, relationship building with owners and operators, and closing complex deals that transform how factories run.
You will be responsible for the entire sales process, including:
• Building your own pipeline
• Prospecting and outreach
• Running demos
• Nurturing relationships

• Closing deals
We move fast and we do things that do not scale. We cold call. We show up at factories. We send custom gifts. We meet operators on the floor.

Position Overview:
The position of Research Associate will support a diversified commercial real estate fund by providing the market expertise and strategic insights necessary to maintain a distinct competitive advantage.
