In this role, you'll create an energy that is both welcoming and exciting by taking pride in offering our guests a diverse and seasonally-inspired beverage menu, a warm conversation, and helpful suggestions. - Making drinks, pouring beer& wine, and taking care of corporate and leisure guests at the bar.
- Tapping beer kegs and serving draft beer and bottled alcoholic beverages.

- Monitoring and managing alcohol sales and consumption consistent with NC Liquor Laws, including checking proper identification for the minimum age requirement of 21 years to purchase alcohol.

The Healthy Families Family Resource Specialist
1. Manages referrals to the Healthy Families program in accordance with the Healthy Families America model requirements, including.
- Attempting contact with all referrals within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the referral.
- Contacting each referred family a minimum of 2 times a month during the first trimester and second trimester and until the family is assessed.
- Contacting each referred family a minimum of 1 time per week during the third trimester and until the family is assessed.
- Contacting each referred family a minimum of 2 times per week once the infant is born and until the family is assessed.
- Ensuring all necessary data related to referrals and screenings is inputted correctly into the Heathy Families America Entrance to Exit log that is submitted for accreditation.
2. Initiates and conducts screenings for families interested in the Healthy Families program.
- Conducting screening on all families using the Healthy Families Screening Tool and Contact Form.
- Ensuring all necessary data related to referrals and screenings is inputted correctly into the Heathy Families America Entrance to Exit log that is submitted for accreditation.
3. Initiates and conducts welcoming, quality, and engaging assessments for all families enrolling in the Healthy Families program in accordance with the core Healthy Families America model standards, including.
- Completing the validated Family Resilience and Opportunities for Growth (FROG) Scale with newly enrolling families.
- Helping families identify their family strengths and areas of need
- Ensuring the FROG assessments are completed prenatally or within 3 months of the infant's birth.
- Preparing each FROG for review by supervisor.
- Reviewing each FROG with supervisor.
4. Promotes the Healthy Families program by.
- Maintaining quality and positive relationships with referring organizations.
- Providing referring organizations follow up on every referral received, including whether or not the family declined services.
- Represents the program at formal community venues to promote the program and facilitate referrals.
- Attending monthly Community Advisory Boards to ensure close communication occurs between Healthy Families program and community resources.
- Collecting Memorandum of Understandings from formal community partners.
5. Maintains documentation of services, quality measurement tools, and tracking forms in accordance with the Health Families America model, including.
- Submitting monthly Family Assessment Worker reports by the third day of the month
- Maintaining the Referral Log submitted for accreditation.
- Maintain the Closure Log submitted for accreditation.
- Entering all screening, FROG, and Closure information onto tracking spreadsheets submitted for accreditation.
- Tracking all outreach and community event participation used in the accreditation process.
6. Maintains completion of required supervision, including.
- Ensuring weekly reflective supervision.
- Ensuring documentation and tracking information is prepared ahead of supervision for review.
7. Completes required trainings in accordance with Healthy Families America model standards, including completing.
- 28 hours of initial Foundations for Family Support Core Training.
- Annual Child Abuse and Neglect training.
- Annual service population-focused training.
- Annual McNabb Center Relias trainings, CPR and First Aid, and Handle with Care trainings.
- 15 hours of Infant Mental Health Training annually to maintain Endorsement.
8. Achieve and maintain Infant Mental Health Endorsement through the Tennessee Association of Infant Mental Health, including.
- If hired without an Endorsement, will submit application on Endorsement Application System, uphold Ethics Code, achieve mandatory references, and complete and submit 30 hours of required infant mental health training within first year of employment.
- Once Endorsement is achieved or if hired with an endorsement, will maintain endorsement every year but completing and submitting 15 continuing education hours and updating the Code of Ethics review process annually.
9. Takes an active role in ensuring the McNabb Center completes and maintains Healthy Families America Accreditation, including.
- Familiarizing self with the more than 150 required Policies and Procedures.
- Ensuring all documentation is maintained for accreditation.
- Ensuring trainings are maintained.
- Ensuring home visiting rates are tracked and home visits are completed.
- Completed accreditation interview.
10. Utilizes Reflective Practices in all aspects of work, which includes but is not limited to.
- Using the 7 Core Healthy Families America Reflective Strategies with all families during home visiting services.

QUALIFICATIONS - Healthy Families Family Resource Specialist
Experience:
- One-year experience providing evidence-based home visiting services preferred.
- Experience working with young children and families required.
Education / Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- High school diploma and lived experience required if not Bachelor's Qualified.
- The Association of Infant Mental Health in Tennessee (AIMHITN) Infant Mental Health Endorsement preferred.
- Required to apply for AIMHITN Infant Mental Health Endorsement within the first year of employment if hired without endorsement.

We are seeking a Senior Healthy Building Scientist to help lead this next phase.

This is a systems-level, health-first building science position.

THE MISSION OF THIS ROLE
You will analyze materials, systems, and assemblies in high-performance residential wood-frame homes to identify and mitigate potential health risks to homeowners.
You will evaluate:
- Chemical emissions from building materials (VOC/SVOC, formaldehyde, plasticizers, isocyanates, flame retardants, etc.)
- Moisture and hygrothermal behavior of wall, roof, and slab assemblies
- Fire and combustion toxicity risk (e.g., hydrogen cyanide from polyurethane, hydrogen chloride and dioxins from PVC, etc.)
- System interactions that create unintended health consequences
- HVAC design, ventilation adequacy, pressure dynamics, and microbial growth risk a plus, but not necessary
You will help ensure our homes are not only energy-efficient — but genuinely healthy, durable, and defensible from a building science perspective.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE UNIQUE:
- You will operate within a proprietary Healthy Building Risk Framework
- You will work directly with decision-makers — not buried in a corporate hierarchy

Material Risk Evaluation
- Review and analyze insulation systems, sealants, flooring, cabinetry, structural components, and finishes
- Evaluate emissions data, SDS documentation, and combustion byproducts
- Identify high-risk materials and recommend safer alternatives
Moisture & Assembly Analysis
- Evaluate vapor profiles, drying potential, dew point location, and condensation risk
- Assess roof decks, wall assemblies, slab conditions, and foundation details
- Identify systemic mold risk before construction begins
HVAC & Ventilation Evaluation
- Analyze ventilation rates relative to ASHRAE 62.2
- Evaluate pressure balancing, fresh air distribution, and filtration
- Identify duct and equipment conditions that may promote microbial growth
Systems Interaction Risk
- Identify unintended consequences of combined material and mechanical decisions
- Evaluate tight envelope + insulation type + ventilation strategy interactions
- Provide defensible, technically grounded risk assessments
Reporting & Communication
- Produce clear, structured risk evaluations
- Translate technical analysis into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and field teams
WHO YOU ARE:
You are a systems thinker and understand that buildings are dynamic biological and chemical environments — not just structures.
You likely have 8+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Building science or enclosure consulting
- Indoor air quality and environmental health
- Forensic moisture investigation
- High-performance residential design
- Mechanical systems design (HVAC)
You are comfortable discussing:

- Emission classes and chemical persistence

Flynn Panera is a franchisee of Panera Bread. Flynn Panera is built on a decentralized business model, which means that each geographic area is led by a Market Leader. Reporting to the ML are Area Directors, who are multiple unit operators, responsible for the overall functions of the cafés in their areas. Position Description
Our Panera Bread cafes are upscale, friendly cafes which feature baked breads and pastries. We serve made-to-order soups, salads and sandwiches as well as specialty espresso beverages.
No Fryers and No Late Nights. We’re known for our artisan breads, quality soups, salads and sandwiches which results in a grease and alcohol-free environment for our associates. As a manager, this means no late nights, but we do hope you’re a morning person.
Managers at our growing cafes supervise up to 75 staff members to ensure a top quality service experience for our guests

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Restaurant management combines strategic planning, shift organization and day-to-day management activities. At Panera Bread, restaurant management is fast paced, highly demanding and very rewarding.
Typical work activities for Restaurant Managers:
- Taking responsibility for the overall business performance of the restaurant, including ordering, scheduling, labor management, marketing, facilities management, bakery operations, and catering.
- Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
- Creating and executing plans for sustained profitability
- Primary conduit of information between the associate and the management team
- Retaining and developing the team members and managers
- Manages a budget and controlling costs
- Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
- Greeting customers and doing table visits to ensure customer satisfaction
- Inspire associates to have fun and be their authentic selves while generating high productivity
- Coach and mentor associates through One-on-One’s, Performance Documentation and Performance Reviews
- Anticipates problems and takes action to prevent them
- Serve as the primary resource for resolving associate questions
- Serves as a primary specialist within the bakery‐cafe, ensuring associates are properly trained and fully
competent in all aspects of food service and customer support:
- Recruiting and training staff to meet staffing par levels
- Ensures objectives are achieved while operating within all company guidelines, cultural values and following ethical business practices.
- Exhibits a professional image. Promotes and embodies our Values and Beliefs as outlined on the Premier Card.
Education and Experience
- At least 2-3 years Hospitality Management experience
- A degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management is preferred
- Food Management Certifications also a plus
- Must have the “Run it Like you Own It Mentality”
