Summary:
The Co-Manufacturing Supply Chain Supervisor will play a key role in launching and sustaining Kevin’s emerging Co-Manufacturing (Co-Man) network. This position is responsible for leading daily coordination across external manufacturing (EM) partners, ensuring executional excellence, QFS compliance, and supply chain reliability.
This role will coordinate EM and value-added services for multiple product platforms, capacity preservation initiatives, and future innovation and resiliency efforts. This role oversees the movement of materials, production execution, inventory accuracy, and cross functional alignment with Planning, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and EM partners. The ideal candidate brings hands-on co-man and supply chain experience, thrives in cross-functional environments, and can balance urgency with precision.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the day-to-day operational lead between Kevin’s and EM partners for all co‑manufacturing activities across multiple product platforms.
- Partner with Demand Planning and EM partners to maintain structured communication that aligns forecasts, production plans, and finished goods availability.
- Oversee creation and maintenance of subcontracting POs, STOs, deliveries, and receipts in SAP S/4HANA.
- Ensure materials are aligned with production and quality requirements.
- Monitor production schedules and proactively resolve risks to service levels.
- Coordinate with Logistics and EM partners to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant movement of raw materials and packaging to co-man facilities.
- Validate production confirmations, consumption data, and finished goods reporting.
- Track inbound materials and address shortages, delays, or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Inventory Management to maintain traceability across the co-man network.
- Reconcile inventory, investigate variances, and ensure clean, timely transactions supporting system and financial accuracy.
- Support cycle counts, audits, and inventory reporting as needed.
- Partner closely with EMQA and internal QA teams to ensure process controls are followed.
- Manage COAs, documentation flow, and product release readiness.
- Support QFS compliance across all co-man activities.
- Support new product launches and scale-up activities at co-man sites.
- Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability of the co-man model.
- Develop and enhance standard operating procedures for co-man operations.
- Other duties as assigned and necessary.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, co-manufacturing, or external manufacturing operations (food manufacturing preferred).
- Strong understanding of production planning, materials management, logistics, and inventory controls.
- Experience working with co-manufacturers and managing third-party relationships.
- Knowledge of QFS/food safety systems, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Planning, QA, Logistics, and Operations.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-growth, ambiguous environment.
- ERP experience (SAP preferred) a plus.

Working cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Innovation and Finance teams, this role helps ensure a resilient, scalable supply base, competitive cost structures, and disciplined sourcing strategies that support long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard global dietary supplement and personal care co-manufacturers that meet cost, quality, capacity, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure reliable, cost-effective sourcing of raw materials and packaging materials in partnership with internal Innovation and Operations teams, as well as external co-manufacturer procurement teams.
- Build and maintain a structured supplier base for ingredients and materials, segmented by form, category, geography, and criticality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align sourcing decisions with cost, compliance, and commercialization objectives.
- Negotiation & Margin Expansion
- Lead supplier negotiations across pricing, lead times, MOQs, and capacity commitments.
- Negotiate purchasing agreements to ensure supply continuity at optimal cost.
- Conduct SKU-level and portfolio-level COGS analysis to identify and deliver sustainable margin improvement opportunities.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through price renegotiation, alternate supplier qualification, and contract optimization.
- Support co-manufacturer procurement teams in securing competitive pricing for raw and packaging materials.
- Partner with Finance to track realized savings and overall P&L impact.
- Supplier Performance & Risk
- Manage supplier performance across cost, service levels, lead times, and supply reliability.
- Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans, including secondary sourcing and capacity diversification.
- Lead regular supplier business reviews and report performance and savings to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7 to 10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain with direct exposure to nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, or consumer health.
- Demonstrated success in supplier negotiation, cost optimization, and strategic sourcing.
- Comfortable with defining scope, objectives and charting path forward in a role that is new to the company.
- Strong financial acumen with ability to connect sourcing strategies to P&L impact. Demonstrates ability to measure and monitor performance.
- Working knowledge of cGMP as it relates to dietary supplements and cosmetics (OTC & cosmetic) including supplier qualification and compliance considerations.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards for supplements (FDA, Prop 65, Health Canada).
- Awareness of US importation requirements such as FSVP.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

About the Role
Crusoe is expanding hyperscale AI data center cloud infrastructure across the U.S. and internationally through strategic co-location partnerships. As our capacity continues to scale, we need experienced construction leaders who can represent Crusoe’s interests across multiple third-party development partners.
As a Construction Manager – Co-location, you will serve as an Owner’s Representative overseeing co-location construction partners. Rather than managing a single job site, you will act as Crusoe’s on-the-ground authority — ensuring our partners deliver on schedule, quality, and contractual commitments.
This role requires a proactive, experienced construction professional who can “bird dog” complex builds, identify schedule risk early, and step in when projects require leadership and accountability.

The University of Kansas School of Social Welfare (KUSSW) and its partner, Cornerstones of Care, will develop and deliver the project, Family Opportunity, Resilience, Grit, Engagement - Fatherhood (Kansas FORGE Fatherhood). Kansas FORGE Fatherhood will serve fathers and father-figures raising a child by improving outcomes in healthy relationships, parenting practices, economic stability, and receive support in accessing community resources to long-term success.
The FORGE Lead Case Manager/Co-Facilitator works under the direction of the Manager of FORGE Fatherhood Project and is responsible for delivering the proposed program model, which includes the evidence-based Strengthening Father Involvement (SFI) curriculum, the evidence-informed financial program Money Habitudes (MH), and individualizing training based on participant's goals and needs as identified in case management. Additionally, the FORGE Lead Case Manager/Co-Facilitator provides case management to fathers and works closely with the Case Managers to ensure participants build relationship skills, gain positive parenting skills, and move towards economic stability.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Facilitate workshops, creating a supportive, culturally responsive, and flexible learning environment for fathers
- Ensure program implementation supports methods for fathers to work collaboratively with spouses or co-parents.

- Weekdays: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hourly rate), 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM (night call rate with 2.5 gratis hours)
- Weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 24-hour call from 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM, with 8 gratis hours per day
- Board Certification: Interventional Cardiology (required)
- Licensing: Active Colorado license or IMLC LOQ at time of submission
- DEA Certification: Required and must be active for the entire duration of the assignment
- Experience: At least 2 years of post-fellowship experience
- Background: Strong preference for a clean malpractice and background record, with a self-inquiry NPDB report required at the time of submission
- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 45-60 days (temporary privileges may be available)
- EMR Training: Completion of online training modules prior to onsite training, which is scheduled for the providers first day if all modules are completed
- Lodging: Reimbursement based on actual expense, capped at 1.5 times the GSA rate
- Mileage: Reimbursed at IRS Standard Rate

What you'll be doing day to day
Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.
- Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
- Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
- Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
- Selecting goods for customers, within the agreed time frame, to secure an excellent customer experience.
- Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
- Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems.
- Contributing to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
- Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred.
Requirements:
- Physical Demands: Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying Occasionally (up to 50lbs).
The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 19.96 USD to 28.2 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
