Schedule : Monday- Friday with start times varying between 6am, 8:30am or 10:30am and working 8 hour shift Pay: Up to $74.20/ Hour depending on experience Essential Job Duties: This RN will be working in all areas of the surgery center throughout their shift including Pre-OP, PACU and Post-Op Working with patients as young as 5 years old through geriatrics (strictly orthopedics) Perform Pre and Post -Op calls and screenings Develop and initiate plan of patient care using an outcomes-based approach ensuring application of age-related growth and development principles.

Coordinate, oversee, deliver, and delegate nursing care based on patient assessment/standards of care.

Document, reassess and alter plan of care based on patient's response to nursing interventions on an ongoing basis.

Communicate pertinent patient data to other members of the health care team in a timely fashion.

Collaborate/coordinate with other health care team members, patient, and family members to determine necessary resources (social services, home care, type of equipment, information, etc.) and provide continuity of patient care.

This role is responsible for the entire project lifecycle—from pre-construction and planning to execution and closeout—ensuring all work aligns with Navy standards, "Green" building practices, and federal regulations (FAR/DFARS).
