In this role, you will:

  • Perform a vital part of the patient care process through embedding and preparing slides for routine H & E and special stain procedures
  • Performs and documents scheduled preventative maintenance
  • Recognize when troubleshooting is needed for processing, embedding, cutting, staining
  • Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with biological and chemical hazards
  • Champion safety, compliance, and quality control

All you need is:

  • At minimum, graduation from a school of Histotechnology accredited by CAHEA/NAACLS AND HT (ASCP)
  • One (1) year of laboratory training or experience performing high-complexity testing
  • Certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists or equivalent
  • Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including but not limited to: telephones, computers, automated analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, manual and automated pipettes, and audible alarms

Bao is a new kosher Pan-Asian fast casual restaurant opening in Jackson, New Jersey in April 2026. Our focus is primarily Chinese cuisine, along with select dishes from other Asian cuisines and a sushi program. We are building a high-quality, efficient concept from the ground up.


We are looking for a full-time Executive Chef to help build and lead the kitchen from day one. This role includes developing recipes and menus, hiring and training staff, creating systems and SOPs, overseeing food safety, managing inventory and food costs, and setting the overall culinary standard for the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef

• Strong background in Asian cuisine, especially Chinese

• Sushi experience preferred

• Experience across multiple Asian cuisines is a plus

• Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen systems, and inventory management

• Strong leadership and problem-solving ability

• Comfortable in a fast casual environment

Compensation

Salary range: $100,000–$150,000 per year, plus bonuses.

  • Works under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist.
  • Carries out the plan of care that provides speech and language disorder services under the supervision of a speech-language pathologist which can be safely administered in the client home as prescribed by the physician.
  • Maintains current knowledge of client’s condition through observation; documents any changes in client condition to the client file. Immediately reports any changes in client condition or response to therapy to the supervising speech-language pathologist.
  • Implements changes in the plan of care when written by the supervising speechlanguage pathologist and authorized by the client’s physician.
  • Consults with supervising speech-language pathologist regarding the client’s progress and response to treatments.
