Position Vision The part-time warehouse person is responsible for assisting a full-time warehouse person in filling of the pick area. The warehouse person is responsible for helping to keep the warehouse clean, neat, and orderly at all times to include emptying trash, baling of plastic and cardboard. PT warehouse person may build orders for bulk delivery and assist in loading and unloading draft trailers.

Quantifiable Position Objectives

1. Reports to work on time wearing a clean company issued safety uniform.
2. Assist in loading empty bottles and kegs onto supplier trucks.
3. Assist in filling of the pick room in a neat and orderly manner.
4. Assist with repacking/breakage.
5. Helps load bulk trucks with products. Products may be lifted using arms and hands to stack products on pallets for loading onto trucks. Products weight approximately:

• 1 case of cans = 21 pounds
• 1 case of 12 oz bottles = 38 pounds
• 1 case of 40 oz or 24 oz NR bottles = 48 pounds
• 1 1/6 bbl = 58 pounds
• 1 bbl = 88 pounds
• 1 bbl. = 175 pounds

Minimum/Preferred Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Minimum: High school diploma or GED Must be able to read, write and comprehend English and have basic math skills
• Skills: Minimum: Preferred: Must be certified in forklift, walkie rider, electric pallet jack and floor scrubber.
• Experience: Minimum: Preferred: Warehouse and forklift experience in material handling or beverage distribution.

Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and stack, 1 case of can (21 pounds), 1 case of 12oz bottles (38 pounds), 1 case of 40 oz bottles (48 pounds) and barrels weighting 175 pounds 3 feet off the ground; stand; use hands to finger, handle and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.

Work Environment Conditions All work is performed inside the confines of the warehouse except for local deliveries. Exposure to broken glass and diesel fumes.

Additional Comments Preferred a valid, clean NYS driver's license that is acceptable to our insurance carrier. This person will be required make deliveries and fill in for the driver assistant/helper as needed.

Role Overview

• Serve as a dedicated technical resource supporting day-to-day CMDB administration and management activities within a public safety environment
• Focus on Critical Lifecycle Management Services, ADDM discovery, CMDB asset intake, and ongoing operational support
• Play a key role in both current business-as-usual (BAU) operations and NextGen modernization initiatives

Key Responsibilities

CMDB Administration & Development

Evaluate and document current BMC Remedy/Helix CMDB practices and processes for BAU and NextGen-related work. Identify and ensure critical Configuration Items (CIs) are properly documented in the CMDB for current state and NextGen environments. Add, modify, and remove CIs via automation and Remedy workflows. Perform reconciliation and validation of CI relationships across all workstreams.

ITIL Process Support

Review Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and other ITIL process areas. Troubleshoot and audit Incident, Release, Change, and Lifecycle Management processes. Examine and recommend enhancements and potential toolsets for Incident, Change, Service Request, Release, and Lifecycle control procedures.

Lifecycle & Discovery Tools

Manage and maintain Lifecycle tools including Discovery, ADDM, Netscout, SCCM, and other CMDB-related products. Audit configuration records and dependency information. Identify areas for optimization and recommend best practices.

Documentation & Reporting

Produce applicable documentation, workflows, and diagrams to support all of the above.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in BMC Remedy ARS, CMDB, ITSM, SLM, and SRM development, customization, administration, and support
• Hands-on experience with Remedy ARS, CMDB, and ITSM installation and configuration in version 18.x and above
• Proven experience integrating Remedy with tools such as ADDM, Netcool/ScienceLogic, and Active Directory
• Proficiency with Remedy Smart Reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• BMC Remedy Certification

• Prior experience working with public safety or municipal government IT environments

Key Responsibilities

Legal Advice & Counsel

• Provide expert legal advice on complex, sensitive, and urgent privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity matters related to agency priority initiatives
• Advise on federal, state, and local privacy laws and regulations impacting city agencies and citywide initiatives
• Prepare privacy impact assessments and advise on privacy implications of proposed technologies and data use initiatives

Policy & Legislation

• Shape, draft, and review privacy-related policies, legislation, and citywide guidance
• Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments in privacy, data security, and cybersecurity; brief relevant stakeholders on impacts and required actions

Contracts & Agreements

• Draft, review, and negotiate MOUs, NDAs, data sharing agreements, terms of service, multi-agency data integration agreements, and related legal documents

Compliance & Training

• Develop policies, guidance materials, templates, presentations, and training documents to support agency compliance with privacy laws and regulations
• Design and deliver privacy-related training programs for government personnel

Stakeholder Engagement & Representation

• Represent agency leadership in national and international privacy organizations, interagency working groups, and senior-level meetings
• Manage relationships and drive intergovernmental affairs with executive offices, legislative bodies, and key government stakeholders on privacy matters
• Engage with the public on privacy matters, including panel participation and publications as directed by leadership

Strategic Support

• Prepare legal briefs and provide strategic advice to government officials and city leadership on privacy matters

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of legal experience, including experience in government, intergovernmental affairs, or implementing and supporting an enterprise privacy program
