Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Account Executive located in New York, NY. The Field Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves regular travel within the assigned territory, as well as attending industry events and trade shows. The Field Account Executive will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, and providing feedback to the product development team.

- Strong sales skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality care to sub-acute rehab patients and long-term care patients at Helen Porter.
- Participating in quality initiatives, including efforts to improve patient safety, and quality of care.
- Medical directorship with 4 hours of protected time weekly for administrative responsibilities.
- The individual will participate in shared call coverage including evenings and weekends.
- Interprofessional collaboration across the healthcare system to ensure coordination of patient centered care and communication.
- Prefer Certified Medical Director certification or enrollment within 1 year from hire to provide effective management and delivery of medical care in long-term care settings in compliance with federal and state regulations while supervising and coordinating providers to ensure adherence to the medical regulations and standards.

Otter Creek is a more traditional Long-Term Care unit. Residents of Otter Creek are more cognitively intact but are medically unable to live independently. There are many personalities and activities present, and staff have the opportunity to truly know their residents.
