Compensation and Benefits:
This practice rewards its team for hard work. The pay structure begins at $500 per day, with an additional 20% bonus on any earnings over that amount from exams and optical purchases within two weeks of the visit.
The Practice:
The successful candidate will be part of a vibrant team that values both patients and staff. The practice currently sees between 20-34 patients each day, aiming to maintain a friendly and efficient environment. Their scheduling typically includes four exams and one or two follow-up appointments per hour.
Equipment and Support:
The support staff comprises two technicians, a receptionist, a contact lens specialist, an optician, and a back-office manager who is ready to assist with insurance and optical needs. The optometrist will have access to top-notch equipment, including Optos, Slit Lamps, Autorefactors, and Digital Phoropters, all to help provide exceptional care.
Working Hours:
The practice operates Monday to Thursday from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 7:45 AM to 3:00 PM, with room for expanded hours if needed. They hope to find someone available on Wednesday mornings, Thursdays, and Fridays, but value flexibility and are happy to discuss arrangements that work best for the candidate.
