Job Title: Master Production Scheduler & Customer Systems Specialist

Responsibilities :
Ensure flawless customer service & schedule reliability
Monitor all OEM customer portals and online systems to guarantee accurate data flow and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Improve key supply chain metrics: inventory levels, freight optimization, delivery performance, and system compliance.
Continuously monitor all inputs impacting the MPS to maintain 100% on‑time delivery.
Manage customer portal requirements: quality objectives, corrective actions, logistics info, scorecards, and new model/service expectations.
Support operational excellence & uphold safety standards
Hold the authority to stop production when quality or safety concerns arise.
Perform duties requiring walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 33 lbs., and working in varying temperature conditions.
Provide PES support & cross-functional collaboration
Train, support, and coach end users and operators when needed.
Apply contingency actions when PES issues arise, helping unblock operations.
Lead escalation for PES software and hardware support.
Report to the Local PES Coordinator and collaborate with central support teams.
Contribute to the Key User functional network and follow support tickets through full resolution.

Job Title: Global IS Project Manager – TMS Americas

Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of IS projects within the Transport Management System (TMS) perimeter for the Americas region, ensuring alignment with strategic Value Tower Supply Chain objectives regarding scope, timing, and budget.

As a Program Controller, you’ll play a pivotal role in steering the financial performance of cutting-edge programs from concept to completion.
Acting as a strategic partner to Program Managers, you’ll ensure accurate planning, cost control, and profitability analysis—while collaborating across Finance, Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations to deliver results that matter.
What You’ll Do Own the numbers: Track and control program costs—tooling, trials, materials, labor, and overhead.
Deliver insights: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for assigned programs.
Be a key player: Support month-end and year-end closing processes and monitor development cash flow.
Plan for the future: Contribute to annual budgets and five-year business plans.
Collaborate for success: Partner with Program Managers to align financial objectives and validate cost assumptions with Purchasing and Engineering.
Drive improvement: Identify financial risks and opportunities, propose process enhancements, and ensure compliance with cost targets and pricing agreements.
Represent Finance: Participate in program reviews, customer meetings, and audits as needed.
What Success Looks Like Timely completion of month-end closing, forecasts, and annual budgets.
Accurate P&L and cash flow forecasting.
Effective tracking of R&D hours, CAPEX, and program assets.
What You Bring Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Experience: 3–5 years in financial controlling (automotive industry experience preferred).
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and ERP systems (SAP a plus).
Power BI experience is a plus Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.

Ensure supplier issues are risk managed effectively.
Contribute to the development and improvement of supplier quality processes, standards and trainings.
Evaluate (audit) new potential suppliers in accordance with purchasing strategy.
Contribute to the selection of new suppliers in accordance with quality and purchasing strategy.
Mange the development and improvement of suppliers.
