Job Summary The Global Oncology Medical Affairs (GOMA) Director, Program Management & Operational Excellence provides strategic planning and operational management oversight of GOMA projects, activities, and budgets.

Have a strong understanding of activities, associated budget, and key contributing factors in order to anticipate potential risks and establish plan to mitigate, as appropriate.
Lead and facilitate regular internal GOMA & cross-functional/cross-regional team meetings; ensure agendas and team priorities are clear, meetings minutes are distributed, action items are completed.
Lead the budget planning and tracking process for GMAT/Function team; work with GMAT/Function Leads to provide consolidated budget/LE updates (across all activities and regions) in a timely manner with appropriate rationale.
Support GMAT/Function lead with annual Business Planning process & associated documents, including proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders to manage plan development.
Proactively follow-up on action items and requests of GMAT/Franchise Lead.
Support GMAT/Function/Franchise Head in prioritization and planning of resources and develop rationale for annual resource planning.
Lead issue resolution meetings.
Lead risk identification, prioritization, and mitigation planning processes across the Franchise.
Manage the agendas for GMAT/Function meetings, the conduct of the GMAT/Function meetings, and the drafting of GMAT/Function meeting minutes.
Ensure full documentation of meeting discussions, decisions and action items.
Track & ensure completion of agreed action items.
Ensure appropriate archiving of project documentation.
Develop a monthly report that provides an overview of progress on all key activities, potential risks and mitigation actions.
Generate and maintain strategic integrated GOMA Franchise project plans, project timelines, high quality risk management plans, and communication plans, as needed.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Operational Excellence Leader at our manufacturing site in Parsons, Kansas, plays a critical role in driving the Power Flame Inc Lean Systems throughout the organization. This leader is responsible for advancing strategy deployment, implementing lean methodologies, and aligning plant-level initiatives with corporate strategic goals. - Lead the deployment of the Hoshin Kanri strategy framework at the plant and Power Flame business unit level to ensure alignment with corporate goals and initiatives.

About The Position
The Operations Program Manager will lead a PMO project management team, ensuring the successful execution of site efficiency programs across several manufacturing facilities at Astec. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.
- Sets up and operates induction hardening equipment to properly harden and temper and harden our product.
- Possesses and applies knowledge of heat treating processes, temperatures, atmospheres, quenching, soaking times, carburizing cycles and equipment maintenance.
- Assists furnace operators in determining temperatures, times, atmospheres, quenching, carburizing cycles and general heat treat processing of unusual and infrequently run steels and irons.
- Knows types of steel as to the proper heat treat requirements.
- Operates all related equipment efficiently.
- Possesses and applies knowledge of heat treating of tool steels and of tool furnace operation as well equipment related to carbon potential, and furnace temperature checking.
- Ensures part conformance to quality/drawing specifications; able to use instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gages, scales and hardness testing machines/devices to ensure proper hardness and depth of parts.
- Carefully loads and unloads furnaces to avoid improper quenching and cooling of parts remaining in the furnace.
- Performs running maintenance.
- Removes parts from furnace by hand or mechanical means and deposits parts in containers.
- Posts work output results to appropriate records.
- Processes parts through required cleaning or peening operations.
- Performs other related duties as directed.
- Works well with others and communicates effectively.
- Works safely and keeps work are organized and clean

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
- Able to perform moderately active work typical of a manufacturing plant environment. Examples include pushing, pulling, lifting, standing, bending, twisting.

Since 1985, Ronald McDonald House Charities Ann Arbor (RMHCAA) has stood as a home away from home for families facing the unimaginable — a child in medical crisis. Ronald McDonald House Charities Ann Arbor has served more than 32,000 families since opening their doors in 1985. Spearheaded by the Junior Service League (now the Junior League of Ann Arbor), the project was a collaborative effort with Michigan Medicine C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital, and the community. Originally able to accommodate 24 families each night, an expansion in 1992 increased that number to 29. A second House built on the 10th floor of C.S. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and serves as the organization’s senior operational leader.
