The School of Architecture is one of five schools in the College of Design. Other schools include The School of Industrial Design, The School of Building Construction, The School of City and Regional Planning, and The School of Music Technology. Job Summary
The Georgia Institute of Technologys School of Architecture invites applications for a tenure-track appointment at Associate or Full Professor in the School of Architecture in the area of Architecture and Design Computing. The successful candidate will: First, lead the development of research agendas in this area; second, serve as steward for the Eastman Fund to support doctoral students; and third, work with the School Chair and the Dean in order to reshape the mission of the Digital Building Lab (DBL).
The DBL was created by professor Chuck Eastman to address design computation, data standards and interoperability. Over the years it has housed studies in design and construction automation; project delivery systems; and smart buildings, infrastructure and environments, often working in conjunction with the Digital Fabrication Lab which provides a setting for design-build projects for the faculty and the students. The DBL has also fostered collaborations between the faculty of the School of Architecture, the School of Building Construction and the School of Industrial Design, as well as collaborations with the research labs of the faculty including the Shape Computation Lab (SCL) and the High Performance Buildings Lab. Under professor Chuck Eastman, funding came from both successful research applications and from industry memberships. The partnerships with industry fostered and sustained a link between academic research and advances in practice as well as in research internal to major architecture firms. Now is the time to redefine and revitalize the vision and the mission of the lab, taking into account current developments in artificial intelligence, data-based design decisions, and advanced digital modeling of buildings and their performance.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the successful candidate include securing and conducting funded research, stewarding the future identity and growth of DBL, mentoring early career researchers, advising PhD students, leading the development of forward-looking curricula for the MS Arch and PhD programs, and teaching advanced graduate courses in candidate's area of expertise.
Required Qualifications
Candidate must have a terminal professional degree in Architecture or an allied discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
A strong record of publications on architectural and design computation and/or the development of digital technologies applicable to building design and construction; and a strong track record of sponsored research, industry collaboration, and teaching. A Doctoral Degree is preferred. An interest and ability to relate research to studio teaching is welcome but studio teaching is not a requirement for this position.

The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of contract performance at NASA's Kennedy Space Center. This role involves planning, organizing, directing, and controlling operations to meet contract requirements and ensure mission success. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering or technical background combined with managerial expertise to deliver innovative, effective, and compliant operational support for one of the world's most advanced spaceports. Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute project plans, objectives, and strategies to meet customer and stakeholder expectations.

Venture Capital (VC) Senior Associate/Associate
All Venture Team members play a pivotal role as part of the investment due diligence process and post-investment, as part of scaling the portfolio company. As an organization, we embrace diversity of thought, listen with an open mind, think big and concretely, and invest with the mission in mind.
A VC Senior Associate/Associate helps execute our investment strategy by researching promising technology markets. They also participate in all phases of the investment process including due diligence, meetings with management, focused company and industry research, financial modeling, writing investment recommendations, and supporting CI portfolio companies as board observers.

- Achieve Quota: Consistently meet or exceed a quota of 50 new club memberships per month within 60-days. While this goal will vary month to month, on average a good sales rep will generate 50+new memberships each month. - Effectively Plan Each Sales Day: Great reps will spend 45-minutes to an hour each day preparing and planning for their next day. They will identify who they will meet, calls they will make, goals and the expected outcomes of their efforts. Great reps will also quickly review their approach for each scheduled club tour and customize their approach based on the information they collected from the person on the phone. - Conduct Effective Club Tours: Within two weeks, know the core products offered by the club and be in a position to quickly (10-15 minutes) understand a typical potential member's needs. Present the club's product line as a solution to the customer's needs appealing to their emotions and preferred buying methodology. Within 30-days, great reps will consistently conduct five club tours each day and maintain an overall close ratio greater than 50%. (customer needs analysis, analytical skills, solution selling, insight, intelligence, develop connections, ability to learn and apply skills)
- Become Product Expert: Proactively learn all aspects of the club's programs and services during the first seven days. Develop examples of all key benefits by product offering. Personally participate in all aspects of the club's offerings and develop a series of techniques to present these products as solutions to specific customer needs. - Work with Team to Provide Excellent Customer Service: Develop strong awareness of total team approach to service customers in the club. The College of Design at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites nominations and applications for the position of the founding Chair of the School of Arts, Entertainment, and Creative Technologies in Atlanta, Georgia. We are seeking a visionary, creative, and entrepreneurial academic leader who will develop a nationally and internationally recognized center of excellence for studying the intersection of arts practice and emerging technologies.
The chair will have the opportunity to shape a new school that will expand Georgia Tech's academic and research activities and reputation at the intersection of technology and the arts, with the opportunity for substantial impact within Georgia Tech, the state of Georgia, and beyond. The new chair will be expected to provide overall leadership and vision for the development of a comprehensive program of teaching and research and will oversee the hiring of new faculty for the school, as well as new internal joint appointments that might complement those already in place. Job Summary
This position performs work under supervision to contribute to the maintenance and operations of City parks, facilities, and public grounds.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Responsible for landscaping, turf, and tree maintenance using entry level skills of pruning, transplanting, planting, drainage, fertilizing, mowing, trimming, and edging.
