- Referral and Coordination: Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare providers for advanced care or specialized treatments when necessary.

- Supervision and Coordination of Dental Staff: Oversee and direct the activities of dental support staff to ensure effective delivery of patient care. Supervise Dental Auxiliary staff and provide guidance, mentorship, and support as needed.
- Community Health Engagement: Actively participate in community health promotion, education, and disease prevention programs to promote oral health in the local community.

You'll Need to Have:

  • DDS/DMD Degree: Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Arizona.
  • Comprehensive Dentistry Skills: Demonstrate clinical knowledge for practicing comprehensive dentistry, showcasing your ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health issues with precision and care.

Your Role as a Dental Assistant

- Support periodontists during surgical and non-surgical procedures, including implants, bone grafting, and periodontal therapy.
- Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols.

- Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a genuine commitment to patient comfort
- Team-oriented mindset with professionalism and adaptability
