What you'll be working on:
- Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)

Monitor/track all corrective action measures to ensure they are addressed and completed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Provide support to the EHS Manager to ensure the site is to full OSHA, EPA and other regulatory agencies compliance by maintaining safety, accident, environmental and industrial hygiene records as required.
Provide support in the process of EHS inspections and/or audits and track/follow-up on all corrective actions.
• Coordinate investigation of incidents and injuries with Line Managers/Supervisors to ensure accurate and timely completion.
• Under guidance of the EHS Manager, provide operational safety performance feedback on a regular basis.
Support the EHS Pillar, associated sub-teams and provide support to RCAs as needed.
• Support the EHS Flora Food Group framework for site and employee safety teams.
Provide support, instruction, and training to Line Managers/Supervisors in regard to EHS framework initiatives.
• Support the EHS manager in the implementation of all environmental compliance programs and sustainability initiatives according to FFG's sustainable living plan.
• Participate in the development of the annual site EHS budget and control fixed and variable cost expenditures.

• Determine training needs and assist in delivery of training programs.

Qualifications: • Education.
Bachelor’s Degree; B.A or B.S, in Occupational Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Safety Management/Environmental Engineering preferred • Practical experience, with a minimum of 1 to 2 years, in the field of Environmental Health and Safety ESSENTIAL: • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Airsweb, Ariba, EHS Reporting System • The ability to write simple reports and correspondence with proper format, punctuation, spelling and grammar.
Requires the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to contractors, 3rd party vendors, clients and other employees of the organization.

What you'll do:
- Provide care for acute medical concerns as well as offering same-day and next-day access to patients with time-sensitive needs–without having your own patient panel
- Work flexible hours, including evenings (after 5 p.m.) and weekends, as our clinics operate 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. 365 days per year
- Address a broad range of concerns such as chest pain, shortness of breath, abdominal pain, headaches, URIs, UTIs, STI testing/treatment, laceration repair, I&Ds, wound care, musculoskeletal injuries, short-term medication refills, acute mental health triage, and time-sensitive post-hospital follow-ups; Successful applicants will be comfortable with initial management of acute changes in chronic conditions
- Stay up to date on evidence-based urgent care practices and maintain working knowledge of common primary care issues (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, depression/anxiety)
- Complete thorough documentation for all patient encounters including procedures
You'll be set up for success if you have:

The Opportunity:
We're seeking an Operations Manager to help transform primary care delivery and improve healthcare accessibility. You'll oversee up to five locations, managing office teams, including administrative staff and phlebotomists, while partnering with clinical leadership to guide providers. Key responsibilities include operational oversight, compliance, quality, customer experience, budgeting, and team development. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you'll drive performance metrics across your practices and Metropolitan Service Area (MSA) to meet patient and team experience goals.

What you'll work on:
- Lead office team using CICARE (a framework containing the key elements of a great interaction and effective communication that we use with patients and each other) and Lean principles to achieve patient/team experience goals
- Drive operational, financial, and business performance including staffing and lab operations
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and organizational metrics through Lean methodologies
- Develop team through onboarding, training, coaching, and career development
- Partner with Clinical Leadership on quality outcomes, safety, and compliance
- Drive strategic growth through cross-functional collaboration and new office launches
- Manage practice expenses, procurement, and budget while reducing waste
- Oversee administrative functions including escalations, service recovery, and provider scheduling

What you'll need:
- 3+ years relevant experience as a direct manager of high-performing customer service or patient facing teams
- At least 1 year of experience as a direct manager of teams in multiple locations or departments, or at least 1 year of experience as a direct manager of large teams (10+ employees)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, support scope of requirements and prioritize
- Proven ability to foster strong, collaborative team-dynamics that ensure a supportive and engaged team culture
- Experience developing talent through mentorship and coaching, consistent feedback, goal setting, monitoring performance metrics, performance management, and ensuring accountability
- Proven track record of leading successful change management and process improvement efforts
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to influence others, and exceptional organizational skills
- Experience in healthcare, particularly in collaboration with clinicians, is highly desirable

What You’ll Do as a Store Manager:
