Position Summary: Senior Paralegal will be a paralegal on the EG America legal team who will directly support the fast-paced legal team in a broad range of matters including, but not limited to: litigation management, general corporate matters, real estate acquisitions and divestments, and legal research. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive, “can do” attitude who will take a proactive approach to addressing issues as they arise.
Responsibilities:
1.Perform basic litigation functions such as assisting in-house attorneys and outside counsel with collection of documents related to discovery request, acting as a liaison between the legal team and internal business “clients” that they serve, as well as responding to non-party subpoenas;
2. Conduct legal research on various topics as needed by the in-house attorneys;
3. Provide support for M&A and Real Estate transactions (including initial drafting and review of Purchase and Sale Agreements, Leases and Lease Amendments);
4. Assist with drafting and review of confidentiality agreements, non-disclosures, service agreements, and purchase order terms and conditions; and
5. Review process served on the Company and related entities in order to direct to the appropriate parties for handling.
Requirements:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Business Administration or similar)
Minimum Experience: 5+ years of progressive paralegal experience
Preferred Experience: 7+ years of corporate or in-house legal support, independent handling of legal matters (not purely administrative), exposure to contracts, familiarity to lease documents (SNDAs, Estoppels, Amendments) and real estate purchase and sale documentation. Demonstrated experience supporting multi-state operations. Coursework or training in contracts, real estate law, employment law. Previous in-house experience and particularly in the retail space.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail required.
- Must be able to work within a small team as necessary but also be self-motivated to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable interacting with all levels of management, including executives and company directors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Travel: Occasional travel may be required.
Hours & Conditions: Typically, Monday-Friday, 8+ hour days. Must be able to work in person at corporate office with potential of 1 day per week remote.

Position OverviewAs a part of our dedicated team, Bilingual Drivers are responsible for operating SiteOne vehicles to deliver world class service and products to our customers. Driver Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for picking up and delivering residents to the routed stops. Assists residents in and out of vehicles.
- Operates vehicles in a safe and clean fashion.
- May assist the Activity Director arranging furniture, decorating, and the general setup for activity programs. Will assist Maintenance Director with work orders throughout the community.
- Ensures that residents are free from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect. Reports any such instance to the Executive Director.
- Acts as a positive representative of the community at all times.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license. CDL endorsement preferred and required where necessary.

GENERAL DUTIES
Supervisory functions:
- Performs verbal counseling and disciplinary actions.

- Performs electrical safety checks of emergency generators, ATS switches, fire pumps and fire alarm systems.

- Maintains current riser diagrams of normal and emergency power distribution systems.
- Electrical safety checks:
- Performs electrical safety checks, repairing and installing emergency and normal power circuits.
- Enters supply rooms on nursing units as needed to perform necessary job functions.
- Refrains from manipulating or removing any intravenous fluids that are stored in the area.
- Maintenance repair and construction planning:
- Takes initiative to schedule work and set priorities as required to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Acts as a contact person for vendors and contractors and ensures that the work done complies with the standards set forth by the organization.
- Reviews submitted plans and upgrades existing plans.
- Orders parts and materials for in-house repairs and renovations.
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience in Electrical repairs and maintenance or related area.
- Experience in a clinical/hospital setting preferred.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Required: Bachelor's Degree from an approved trade or vocational school with courses in blueprint reading, electricity, mathematics and physics or its equivalent in work experience

The Physical Therapist under the supervision of the Center Manager, provides physical therapy services to program participants. Provides clinical physical therapy evaluation and treatment for program participants, on acute, restorative or maintenance levels as needed by Day Center, Nursing Home or in-home setting. Integrates the physical therapy treatment plan into the Interdisciplinary Team plan of care. Assists in the ordering, inventory, distribution and maintenance of durable medical equipment for participants.
Required Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. - Graduate from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association and is currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in state where practicing
- Minimum of one-year experience working with a frail or elderly population required.
- Must clear the background check.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and have means of transportation.
- Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
Essentials:
- Conducts an in-person initial comprehensive physical therapy assessment on all participants upon enrollment. Coordinates with the Interdisciplinary Team to develop a comprehensive plan of care for each participant.
- Conducts an in-person physical therapy re-assessment minimally every six (6) months or as needed.
- Functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Maintains regular attendance at, and participates in, Interdisciplinary Team meetings; communicates participant changes, collaborates on plan of care decisions and coordination for twenty-four (24) hour care delivery.
- Provides treatment to participants and implements physical therapy procedures consistent in achieving identified goals. Grades activities to facilitate goals. Confers with Interdisciplinary Team on participants care issues.
- Evaluates participant’s needs. Follows-up with participants during treatment, explaining precautions to take. Discusses condition and treatment plans and recommends solutions to participants care problems with Interdisciplinary Team.
- Assesses the need for adaptive Durable Medical Equipment (DME), specialized shoes and prosthesis followed by recommendations to Interdisciplinary Team. Receives authorization prior to purchases. Assesses all newly issued orthotic shoes, braces and prosthetics for appropriateness and proper fit.
- Assists as liaison with Senior Community Care nursing home and assisted living staff regarding physical therapy needs of participants who are their residents.
