Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare RCM Sales Representative located in Southlake, TX. The Sales Representative will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Oncospark's healthcare RCM and prior authorization solutions. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, conducting presentations, managing the sales cycle, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role will involve close collaboration with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management and Prior Authorization processes, including medical billing, coding, and other RCM functions.
- Proven sales experience, with skills in business development, client relationship building, and negotiation.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Capacity to develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify opportunities, and bring in new business.
- Ability to leverage advanced technology solutions for healthcare operations and client benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of RCM Sales experience is required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, on-site work environment.

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by delivering impactful product demonstrations, driving end-to-end deal closures, and aligning closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new logo accounts in the US market by driving strategic outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship building to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from initial outreach, discovery, product demonstration, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure while ensuring accurate pipeline management in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by deploying structured prospecting strategies, following lead cadence best practices, and converting inbound and outbound opportunities into qualified deals.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations of Threatcop’s AI-powered People Security Management (PSM) platform, including TSAT, TLMS, TDMARC, and TPIR, effectively communicating how the platform strengthens an organization’s human firewall.
- Articulate the value proposition of Threatcop’s full product suite by educating enterprise customers on how automated simulations, self-serve training, and proactive threat mitigation improve employee security awareness and reduce human risk.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and performance tracking by recording daily activities, opportunity stages, and deal progress within CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, lead generation, and product teams to refine messaging, strengthen value positioning, and improve lead conversion rates.
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding and early adoption by coordinating with customer success and product support teams to deliver a seamless post-sale experience.
- Represent Threatcop at industry events, conferences, webinars, and networking forums across the cybersecurity ecosystem to promote the brand, engage with prospective customers and partners, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen Threatcop’s presence in the market.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, phishing threats, and human risk management practices to position Threatcop effectively against competitors and engage in consultative sales conversations with enterprise clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product sales, ideally with cybersecurity or enterprise software in the US market, is a MUST have.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking a Capital Markets Associate to join our growing team in Atlanta. This role provides support in delivering commercial real estate transactions and advisory projects, including, but not limited to, data tapes, term sheets and offering documents for CMBS and CLO transactions, and other commercial real estate loan underwriting and securitization services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Review loan-level data, credit memos, appraisals and other due-diligence materials to verify accuracy and completeness prior to securitization
- Analyze commercial real estate collateral, including property performance, lease structures and market conditions to assess credit quality
- Prepare and maintain financial models for securitized transactions, including cash flow projections and loan-level metrics
- Assist in drafting and reviewing large-loan write ups and offering documents for accuracy and consistency and completion of data tapes for CMBS and CLO securitization transactions
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including originators, underwriters, legal counsel and accountants to ensure timely completion of deal milestones
- Perform data reconciliations and quality control checks across internal systems
- Work with a variety of clients (financial institutions, REITs, private equity funds and hedge funds) to execute bespoke commercial real estate securitizations on a principal or agented basis
SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of experience in structured finance; CMBS or CLO transactions and prior securitization experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in a finance-related field of study such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or Mathematics
- Proficiency in Excel, experience with Intex, Bloomberg, or other fixed income analytical tools a strong plus; exposure to databases and/or programming languages a plus
- Firm understanding of the principles of finance, business operations, and mathematical and/or statistical modeling
- Detail oriented, with a highly disciplined approach to process and quality control
- Effective communication skills to interact with functional partners, clients and rating agencies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
- Strong team player with organizational and multi-tasking skills
Salary Range Language:
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
