Job Description:
We are seeking an entry level Underwriting Analyst to provide day-to-day financial, market, and underwriting analysis of multifamily loans. This is an excellent opportunity to be thoroughly educated about the underwriting of multifamily mortgages, to have extensive contact with our clients, and to train under the premier programs (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac). This position affords the opportunity to work closely with our Senior Underwriting team and Originators on the structuring and underwriting of transactions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze, interpret and underwrite complex multifamily real estate transactions in compliance with respective agency guidelines (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac)
- Conduct detailed economic and demographic research to determine feasibility of transactions
- Prepare and present comprehensive loan approval package to credit committee
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with origination and closing departments and external agency investors
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of physical real-estate assets on an as-needed basis
Core Competencies:
- Highly developed analytical, research and written/oral presentation skills
- Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgment while displaying a high degree of initiative and accuracy

Job Summary:
Primary role is to underwrite apartment communities. Additionally, provides financial analyses, analytical decision support services, and technical expertise for a broad array of financial and operational projects and initiatives. Design and build sophisticated financial models based on diverse data sets, in order to facilitate strategic decision making.
Essential Job Duties:
- Financial modeling and underwriting prospective assignments; individual loans or portfolio of loans as well as investment properties to include but not limited to multi-family and land.
- Assist with due diligence as required for underwriting and marketing to include appraisals, property condition reports, environmental reports, income and expense statements, rent rolls, mortgage, note, modifications, forbearance agreements, foreclosure filings, and title searches, etc.
- Assists in obtaining revenue and assets acquisition/ disposition information. May review, consolidate, and summarize information for valuation and marketing purposes.
- May coordinate financial analysis matters with other departments, locations and divisions.
- Develop/assist in design of offering and presentation packages.
- Research for comparable sold and for sale listings, and submarket statistics such as competitive inventory, availability, lease rates, etc.
- Assist with public records research for potential assignment opportunities.
- Research local economic drivers and write market overviews.
Qualifications:
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex financial information and transactions and accounting principles.
- Ability to problem-solve, both independently and working as a team. Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills.

- Successful applicants should be highly motivated and highly analytical with a passion for commercial real estate, loan and investment sales, and finance

- High-level understanding of financial concepts such as IRR, NPV, Cash on Cash
- Demonstrated research ability

Our Oncology Group is seeking a Medical Director to lead its growing team of medical oncologists/hematologists and advanced practice providers. This Oncology Group is a member of the largest healthcare provider in East Tennessee. The Cancer network is based out of Metro Knoxville and is the largest provider of cancer care in our region with nine cancer centers covering 26 counties, including the region's only Proton Therapy Center. Our program is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a passionate, dynamic physician leader to help drive and direct our program?s continued growth towards being a national model of excellence in cancer care in the community setting. This position is a critical and high visibility member of the cancer program leadership team and will be expected to directly contribute to strategic direction of the cancer program.
About this Opportunity
The Medical Director will be responsible for providing clinical oversight of the group and medical oncology program. In collaboration with the cancer program senior leadership team, the Medical Director will lead efforts to increase integration and alignment of medical oncology services across all the group Health facilities. More specific responsibilities include:
- Lead recruitment, retention, mentorship, quality, and growth management for TOG physicians and APP
- Represent medical oncology services across the system, both inpatient and outpatient, to other physician groups and to executive leadership of facilities and service lines
