Salary range: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Construction Project Manager - Seattle, WA

What you will be part of
• Leading commercial construction projects from early planning through closeout
• Maintaining oversight of project budgets and cost performance
• Working closely with Superintendents to keep field progress aligned with the schedule
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants throughout the project
• Managing subcontractor procurement and contract administration
• Overseeing project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Experience that tends to work well here
• 5+ years with a reputable commercial General Contractor
• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Comfort reviewing budgets, schedules, and contracts
• Ability to maintain strong working relationships with clients and consultants
