Job Summary:
The Research and Development Technician supports the creation and testing of new food products through laboratory and pilot-scale trials. This role assists with prototype development, ingredient testing, and product evaluation while maintaining accurate development documentation. Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Development Support:
- Assist in the formulation and preparation of prototypes for new product concepts.

We are currently seeking a Process Engineer to support and lead high-volume assembly operations with a strong emphasis on process optimization, automation, and Lean manufacturing. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Required:

- Performs other duties consistent with the purpose of the job as directed.
- Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.
- Must be a registered nurse and must hold an active license to practice nursing in the state of Iowa.
- Knowledge of clinical practice and case management processes normally acquired by completing a bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Training and/or Certification in the area of case management is preferred.
- Must meet all mandatory education and training requirements within specified timeframes as required by organizational/regulatory standards.
- Three to five years’ clinical experience required.
