Regional Field Service Manager

Position Summary

The Regional Field Service Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and scaling field service operations across an assigned region, supporting installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, and aftermarket service of power and distribution transformers. This role ensures safe execution, technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance across all field activities.

This position is ideal for a proven field services leader with strong transformer expertise, customer-facing experience, and the ability to lead technicians in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.


Key Responsibilities

Field Operations & Leadership

  • Lead and manage regional field service technicians and supervisors supporting transformer service activities.
  • Ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality execution of field work including installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, and emergency response.

The successful candidate will maintain knowledge of G &M codes and input them into CNC Machines for production, while ensuring products have precise and accurate measurements and safely and efficiently set up and operate Mazak Integrex 5-axis machining centers. Responsibilities:
  • Under the direction of a supervisor and/or experienced machinist, responsible for quality parts produced on CNC 5-axis Mazak Integrex in a timely, safe and efficient manner.
  • Operate, perform set-up changes and first article inspections on production runs utilizing CNC Machines.
  • Load parts utilizing overhead lifting equipment, operating controls, setting offsets, simple edits, deburring and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements.
  • Identify problems before production runs, then start and observe machine operation to detect any other malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions and adjust machine controls or control media as required.
  • Use precision measuring instruments, read blueprints, and job orders to determine dimensions, tolerance and tooling requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of dimensions and tolerances for tooling instructions such as fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cut and cutting tools to be used.
  • Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

You'll be selling at the cutting edge: our Label Studio platform and Data Creation Laboratory services power the training data behind breakthrough AI applications at frontier labs and Fortune 500 enterprises.

This isn't traditional SaaS sales. Our customers are building the futureadvanced language models, autonomous systems, embodied AI, and applications that don't exist yet. You'll be selling both our platform technology and our operational capability to create novel training data in controlled environments. You Will:
