WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO AS A PROJECT MANAGER AT SIGMA:

Core Description: The Project Manager manages small to large-scale complex projects from project initiation to project close-out. Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure proper communication, accurate and on-time reporting, and management of the schedule. The Project Manager is also responsible for maintaining and growing their client(s) accounts.

Project Leadership:

• Serve as a mentor and coach to assistant project managers, offering guidance and support.

Project Planning:

• Establish, track, and control project cost, scope, schedule, and budget to deliver assigned projects in accordance with contractual agreement.
• Creation of Proposals. Lead kickoff meetings and discovery calls. Works with the Project Engineer on scope, schedule, and budget
• Plan, schedule, and execute all phases of projects or programs in accordance with project management processes, policies, guidelines, and corporate governance.
• Develop high-level project workflow and ensure project scopes and milestone dates for all assigned projects.
• Provide project cost forecasting over the life of the project or program.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services.

Project Monitoring and Reporting:

• Prepare project change orders and/or correction actions in collaboration with the client, Project Engineer(s), and Operations Manager
• Monitor and report on key metrics, customer satisfaction, and performance against objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Project Closure:

• Ensure the orderly closure of projects, including finalizing all project activities, obtaining client acceptance, and conducting post-project evaluations.
• Document lessons learned and share best practices with the organization.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial goals are met.
• Project invoicing.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and develop risk mitigation plans and contingency strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project life cycle.

Communication:

• Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders. Provide regular project updates to management and team members.
• Lead project update calls and in-person meetings with external clients throughout the project life cycle.
• Monitor and manage expectations of communication between staff and external clients.

Customer/Client Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their needs and business objectives.
• Build an understanding of the customer's organizational structure and decision-making process.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and troubleshoot any issues.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional offerings to existing customers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales materials to clients as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide value to clients.
• Contribute towards and execute on the strategic plan to target new business opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Education*: H.S. Diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
• Experience*: 5+ years of relevant industry experience, 3+ years of Project Management experience *. Management may consider other education and/or work experience to be acceptable for appointment to this position.
• Project management certification preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Must be results-driven with a dedicated focus on achieving successful project performance, customer satisfaction, and organic sales growth.
• Demonstrated level of understanding of commonly used project management concepts, practices, and procedures.

General purpose: The Utility Equipment Operator I, II and III operate a variety of vehicles, heavy and light equipment, specialized equipment and various hand and power tools in the construction, maintenance, and repair of water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems and utility work site restoration for the assigned division. This work is performed under intermediate supervision the incumbent performs a variety of routine work within established procedures and receives detailed instructions on new projects and assignments; work is reviewed periodically through observation, adherence to policies and procedures, and review of results achieved.

Water Distribution: Installation, replacement, repair and maintenance of potable water mains/services, valves, hydrants, and other appurtenances.

Wastewater Collection: Installation, replacement, repair and maintenance of sanitary sewer mains/laterals, manholes, valves, and other appurtenances; operation of CCTV vehicles and equipment; operation of vacuum trucks and equipment.

Construction Services: Construction for the installation or modification of water, wastewater and reclaimed water infrastructure including excavations, horizontal directional drilling, pipe bursting, utility locating/tracking equipment.

Utility Patch Crew: Restore roads, sidewalks, curbs, excavations, etc. for Water and Wastewater Department and Electric Department utility site work.

Essential functions: Operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment that may include, but not limited to, backhoes, excavators, front-end loaders, horizontal directional drill rigs, tapping/line stop equipment, skid steers, asphalt paver/screed, CCTV truck/equipment and vacuum trucks/equipment. Operate a variety of equipment and power and hand tools that may include, but not limited to, forklifts, chain saws, cement cutters, jackhammers, plate compactors, tampers, dewatering pumps/well points, etc. Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of water, wastewater, and reclaimed water infrastructure or utility work site restoration. Transport personnel, equipment, and materials to and from job sites; hauls refuse, brush, rock, materials, and equipment. Operate various pieces of equipment on a daily basis in a proficient manner while complying with safety rules and regulations. Inspect and maintain assigned equipment; check oil and perform basic service tasks; report malfunctions for repair; prepare equipment and refuel daily as required; perform safety inspections of assigned equipment. Oversee and implement temporary traffic control. Duties may require manual labor in support of the construction, repair, installation, maintenance, etc. Perform supervisory duties in the absence of the division supervisor or foreman. Assist in construction support for other divisions and departments as needed. May be required to work nights, weekends, or take on-call duty on rotating basis for after hour's emergencies and services. Perform other work as assigned.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities: Working knowledge of departmental and municipal rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Working knowledge of occupational hazards, safety rules, and practices and the ability to transmit such knowledge to subordinates. Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to plant electrician staff primarily focused on the installation and repair of electrical controls, automation, motors & starters, lighting, and power distribution on 110V-220V-480V-13,800V systems.
• Manage and expand the application of Predictive Maintenance technologies across the plant to drive improved plant reliability.
• Provide direct supervision to approximately 15 skilled crafts with varying trade skills.
• Provide indirect supervision, technical and safety guidance to 30 plant electricians.

Compensation and Benefits

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $122,850.

Position Summary: The Assistant Electrical Superintendent executes the day-to-day operations within the electrical department as directed by the Electrical Superintendent. Travel: Frequent travel to PJM (Norristown, PA) Primary Purpose of Position This individual will be a member of a team dedicated to providing quantitative and qualitative analysis of potential public policy, market design, and commercial strategy initiatives in the PJM Regional Transmission Organization (RTO).

The position will create value through identifying strategic commercial and other business opportunities and advocating for the development of preferred market design and policy objectives and support the execution of those objectives in PJM stakeholder governance processes, with trade groups, ad-hoc coalitions and other stakeholder venues.

The position will advise commercial businesses on opportunities and risks arising from energy market design and additional policies.

The position will have significant responsibility for assuring effective and timely communication of PJM committee activities to affected internal stakeholders.

The ability to work both collaboratively and efficiently with the immediate Constellation PJM team, internal stakeholders, PJM staff, and external stakeholders will be critical.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities Develop, analyze, and advocate for market rules and policies at PJM that support CEG&rsquos businesses and commercial activities.

Identify and analyze emerging trends and policies that present opportunities or risks to CEG.

Understand Constellation business goals, operations and strategies to identify PJM market design reform opportunities Provide timely, clear, concise and complete communication of PJM-related issues to affected internal stakeholders, including senior and executive management, and solicit feedback to integrate into advocacy strategies.

Manage advocacy projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with PJM management, staff and stakeholders.

Primary Purpose of Position Performs advanced regulatory/technical problem solving and provides analysis/insights in support of plant and fleet regulatory activities.

Possesses superior knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application and has excellent knowledge of applicable industry codes and regulations.

Job Role

• Design and implement digital control logic for power management ICs
• Work closely with analog engineering teams to ensure effective integration between digital control blocks and analog power circuitry
• Develop high-quality, power-efficient RTL using Verilog or SystemVerilog to support key features
• Contribute to product readiness for manufacturing by supporting design-for-test methodologies
• Create and execute comprehensive verification strategies, including mixed-signal simulations and behavioral modeling

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in digital IC design, including significant experience developing solutions for mixed-signal or power management semiconductor products.
• Strong proficiency in RTL development using Verilog or SystemVerilog for synthesizable digital design.
• Hands-on experience designing digital control logic for power conversion systems, including control loops used in power management or DC-DC converter applications.
