POSITION SUMMARY: CPG is looking for a Project Administrator to join the Commissioning department. This professional will manage and create comprehensive documentation for commissioning projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines. They will collaborate with various teams to gather information, develop and maintain accurate documentation, conduct quality checks as well as audits to ensure accuracy and consistency. Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills are essential.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and commissioning teams to gather information and understand project goals and objectives.
- Review project plans, technical drawings, and specifications to gain a deep understanding of the systems being commissioned.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including commissioning plans, test procedures, checklists, operating manuals, and technical reports.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and team members to gather information and address any questions or concerns related to the documentation.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Continuously update and improve existing commissioning documentation based on feedback and lessons learned from previous projects.
- Conduct thorough reviews and technical editing of documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Assist in training sessions to educate project team members and end-users on key project commissioning processes and procedures.
- Establish and maintain an efficient document control system to manage project documents, including drawings, specifications, test reports, procedures, and other project-related documentation.
- Implement document control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with internal quality standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.
- Organize, label, and maintain electronic document repositories to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility of information.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all project-related documentation aligns with company quality standards, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits on documents to verify accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Identify and address any inconsistencies, errors, or discrepancies in documentation and / or reports promptly and proactively.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand document requirements, project milestones, and updates.
- Coordinate with project teams to track and manage the submission, review, and approval of documents according to project schedules.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 0-2 years' experience as a Project Administrator, Document Controller, QA/QC Coordinator, or similar role within the construction or engineering industry preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of commissioning processes and procedures.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Must be able to travel up to 30%
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant field preferred.
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in using documentation tools, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Blue Beam, Smart Sheets, and project management software.
- Proficiency with various Commissioning Software platforms.
Physical Demands:
- Stand or sit for long periods of time.

Job Summary
The Library () at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a collaborative and knowledgeable librarian to lead and manage digital accessibility services to further support the Library's ongoing commitment to ensure that all Library resources and digital assets can be used by all members of the Georgia Tech community, regardless of ability. The Title II and Digital Access Librarian works collaboratively across the library to ensure a unified strategy for proactive and remediated digital resource accessibility, including Course Reserves, Interlibrary Loan, Digital Repository, and other Library digital interfaces. Reporting to the Head of Technical Services this position will serve as the Service Owner for the Library's Title II and Accessibility initiatives including coordinating digital accessibility remediation, working with vendors and campus partners, and participating in strategic decision-making as a core member of various internal and external committees. The Title II and Digital Access Librarian will provide expert advice regarding digital accessibility to inform and support the Georgia Tech Library's vision of innovating services, tools, and access to all for an inclusive future.
Responsibilities
This is a 12-month faculty position with an effort distribution of 80% excellence in assigned duties, 10% scholarship, and 10% professional service to the library profession. Up to two (2) years credit for previous professional experience may be given at the time of employment, in which case such credit will be stated in the offer letter. Responsibilities
Provide and improve library services and resources; enrich the research, learning, and scholarship of the Georgia Tech community through the following:
80% Librarianship
- Lead and manage the Library's Title II Digital Access Service that includes the coordination and prioritization of requests, compliance, and vendor relationships related to digital accessibility and Title II.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate student employees.
- Advise Library Leadership, Library colleagues, students, faculty, and staff and other GT Units on Digital Access best practices and compliance.
- Lead projects and initiatives to improve upon and educate users and stakeholders on digital accessibility and participate in the Library's portfolio and project management processes as appropriate.
- Collaborate with Technical Services Librarians and staff, other colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure a unified strategy for resource acquisition, discovery, delivery, and access of scholarly resources.
- Collaborate with all Library Departments to ensure a unified and compliant digital portfolio.
- Monitor current trends and best practices in digital accessibility and recommend improvements to local policies, practices, and workflows.
- Contributes to Course Reserves and Interlibrary Loan service operations, working alongside colleagues and participating in day-to-day workflows as needed.
- Serve as an ex officio member of the Content Management Group and share expertise in digital accessibility.
- Serve as a core member of the Alma-Primo Advisory Group.
- Participate in collaborative discussions with local, state, and national efforts including, but not limited to, GALILEO, NERL, and ASERL.
- Conduct regular digital accessibility assessments of workflows, platforms, and operations to implement new projects or improve services to better serve users.
- Create and maintain documentation on policies and procedures to ensure consistent practices.

Proposed Salary
This is a benefits-eligible position with a minimum starting salary of $75,322. Rank and salary commensurate with education and experience.

This role ensures the organization maintains a reliable, compliant, and cost-effective carrier and vendor network while mitigating operational, financial, legal, and regulatory risks.
The position plays a strategic role in capacity planning, carrier procurement strategy, cost management, and vendor compliance while partnering closely with Operations, Sales, Customer Solutions, Safety, Legal, and Finance teams to support scalable logistics solutions and customer growth.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Procurement & Management
- Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of transportation, warehousing, and logistics-related vendors and carriers.
- Negotiate vendor and carrier contracts including pricing structures, service level agreements (SLAs), fuel programs, accessorial schedules, and renewal terms.
- Maintain a centralized vendor and carrier database including contracts, certifications, insurance documentation, compliance records, and performance data.

The HistoryMakers, a 501 ( c) (3) and the nation’s largest African American video oral history archive ( ), seeks to hire a Non Profit FileMaker Pro Developer to manage, maintain, and modernize our database systems built in Claris FileMaker. Our organization currently operates six interconnected FileMaker databases that support core business operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for cleaning up legacy structures, improving performance, ensuring data integrity, and upgrading the system to the latest FileMaker version. This is a hands-on technical role focused on database architecture, system optimization, and long-term maintenance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with complex relational systems and improving existing database designs.

Responsibilities
- Database Architecture & Maintenance
- Analyze and document the structure of six interconnected FileMaker databases
- Review and improve relational schema and relationship graphs
- Identify and remove unused tables, fields, scripts, and layouts
- Ensure proper indexing and relational integrity
- Maintain and optimize the overall database architecture
- Data Integrity & Cleanup
- Identify duplicate or inconsistent records and implement cleanup procedures
- Standardize data formats across databases
- Implement validation rules and controlled data entry where needed
- Develop procedures to ensure long-term data integrity
- System Modernization & Upgrades
- Upgrade databases to the latest version of Claris FileMaker Pro
- Ensure compatibility with Claris FileMaker Server
- Update scripts, layouts, and features that rely on deprecated functionality
- Perform system testing to ensure stability during and after upgrades
- Development & Automation
- Design and maintain FileMaker scripts and custom functions
- Develop layouts and user interfaces that improve usability and workflow
- Automate repetitive tasks and reporting processes
- Improve performance of existing scripts and database queries
Documentation
- Document database structures, relationships, and workflows
- Maintain technical documentation for scripts and system changes
- Provide internal documentation to support future maintenance and training
Qualifications
- Strong experience developing solutions in Claris FileMaker
- Solid understanding of relational database design principles
- Experience with FileMaker scripting, calculations, and relationship graphs
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing FileMaker performance

Required Skills

ATE Engineer – Hauppauge, NY
· 10+ years overall experience in test system software & test hardware development
· Strong knowledge in handling NI PXI, PCI Hardware ( DAQ Cards, Chassis). Integrate 3rd party hardware.
· Experience in development/ Upgrading automated test equipment , avionics, aerospace programs is a plus.
· High level of expertise in developing automated testing equipment for production testing of mixed-signal products and sub-assemblies for MIL/Aerospace applications including analog circuits, embedded microprocessors and FPGAs, and supporting circuitry and power supplies.
· Experience or knowledge of RS422/RS232, ARINC, AFDX interface knowledge, TCP/IP & Ethernet, UDP and such communication standards, protocols and/or interfaces is desirable

Role: Learning and Development Coordinator II
Location: Newport Beach CA/ Omaha NE
Duration: 06 Months
The Learning and Development Coordinator will support the end-to-end coordination of a key enterprise learning program. Maintaining training and user profile records; this role coordinates calendaring and enrollment, tracking, assessments, reporting and customer communications for virtual and in person learning events. Working as a conduit between the Pacific Life learning team and our external vendor they will serve as a subject matter expert in coordinating learning programs, maximizing the utilization of our learning system features to create and manage learning events, training modules, assessments, and reports.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate learning & development program logistics for Talent development programs, to include but not limited to Learning Management System (LMS) setup, calendar scheduling, ordering materials, assigning pre-work, recording attendance, sending evaluations, issuing certificates and other support needed to support the learning experience for participants in partnership with the Talent Development team.
- Raise issues with the senior learning team members that may impact the program of delivery in project meetings
- Manage first line queries from learners in a timely manner via shared mailboxes
- Maintain repository of learning & development document organization and structure in SharePoint Cloud or other collaboration sites as needed
- Work with the Cornerstone Administrative Lead to ensure that the system remains optimized for the roll out of the global programmes
- Support as required with other enterprise programs to cover periods of vacation in the team
- Produce consistent attendance and evaluation reports
