Position Overview
Our luxury jewelry division seeking an experienced Director of Ecommerce & CRM as a key leadership position. This role is responsible for spearheading the division’s ecomm and clienteling strategies to drive ecomm growth, enhance retail store sales, and expand brand awareness. The role will own the entire Ecommerce P&L and will be responsible for achieving sales and margin targets of the channel.
Additionally, the position will oversee the Ecomm and CRM budgets; including developers, digital media, search, partnerships, client gifting, and offline DTC events. This position will be accountable for all digital analysis, optimizations, and timely strategy changes when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce:
- Financial Accountability: Achieve sales and margin plans for DTC web-based sales
- Development and Execution of Ecommerce Strategy: Formulate strategies to increase online sales, improve user experience, and ensure the website aligns with the brand's luxury image.
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising to drive traffic and conversions.

CRM
- Strategy Development: Refine the existing CRM & Clienteling strategy and manage its execution. Develop and implement new strategies to build and maintain strong customer relationships, increase customer loyalty, and drive repeat purchases.
- Customer Data Management: Oversee the collection, segmentation, and analysis of customer data to personalize communications and offers. Evaluate current CRM software to determine its suitability for the business.
- Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows, personalized messaging, and A/B testing to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Communications: Work with the Division head to refine language and communication methods to ensure clients receive an on-brand experience at every touch point.

Analytics and Performance Measurement:

- CRM Dashboard: Develop performance KPI’s and create dashboard to monitor and share performance.
People Responsibilities & Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Team Management: Manage a high-performing Clienteling & CRM Manager and collaborate with retail store team on all clienteling efforts.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Ecomm Management: 7-10+ years’ experience in an ecomm role with P&L responsibility, ideally within the luxury goods or jewelry industry. Proven track record of driving online sales and optimizing digital platforms.
- CRM Experience: Extensive experience in CRM strategy, customer data management and personalized marketing.

Pyramid is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Software Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth for AIR-Quire and future Pyramid software products. This is a hunter role focused on proactive outreach, cold calling, lead generation, and securing qualified demos within federal civilian and DoD agencies as well as non-governmental entities.
This individual will identify target agencies, research key decision-makers, execute structured call campaigns, and generate qualified opportunities that convert into product demonstrations and revenue. The SDR will work closely with the CGO, Nexus technical team, and CFO to move prospects from initial contact through demo, pricing strategy, and contract award.
This is a new and highly visible role that will help establish Pyramid's product sales engine.
Responsibilities
Pipeline Development & Cold Outreach
- Conduct structured cold calling campaigns to federal agencies, system integrators, and contracting partners.
- Research and identify target agencies, buying offices, and key decision-makers (COs, PMs, CIO shops, acquisition leadership).
- Build prospect lists using GovWin, , FPDS, LinkedIn, agency forecasts, and other federal data sources.

Job Duties: Your role as a SRM is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area. Senior Integrations Software Developer
Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Integrations Software Developer to lead the design and development of our enterprise-wide GraphQL API layer, which serves as the central integration platform connecting all enterprise systems and applications. This role goes beyond coding—you will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into clear, scalable integration solutions. You will also play a key role in shaping the API platform strategy, mentoring developers, and driving best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and evolution of the enterprise GraphQL API layer, ensuring it meets performance, scalability, and security standards.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand integration needs and deliver straightforward, effective solutions.
- Define and enforce API design standards, governance, and best practices across teams.
- Guide and mentor mid-level and junior developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
- Work with diverse databases, including MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle DB, and others, ensuring efficient data access and transformation.
- Contribute to API platform engineering, improving developer experience and enabling other teams to integrate seamlessly.
- Participate in architectural discussions, influencing decisions on integration patterns and enterprise connectivity.
- Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD pipelines, containerization strategies, and deployment processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
- Deep experience with GraphQL and REST API design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of API architecture, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle DB).
- Proficiency with Docker for containerization and deployment.
- Familiarity with event driven architecture (SNS/SQS, Kafka)
- Knowledge of API gateway technologies and microservices architecture.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable integration solutions in enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise systems integration (CPQ, ERP, PLM, CRM).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence technical direction.
Role Purpose
The Senior Manager, Loyalty & CRM is responsible for executing and scaling the company’s owned retention programming, including loyalty and lifecycle CRM, to improve customer retention, frequency, and lifetime value.
This role plays a critical execution and learning role in Loyalty Chapter 2, supporting the design, testing, launch, and optimization of a new loyalty value proposition, while operating CRM as the primary activation and experimentation engine.
The role sits within Omni-Customer Intelligence, Analytics & Loyalty and partners closely with Performance Marketing, Digital Commerce Operations, and IT.
Scope & Mandate
- Execute loyalty and CRM programming as always-on retention engines
- Support Loyalty Chapter 2 value proposition launch and scaling
- Operate lifecycle CRM programs that drive repeat behavior
- Enable test-and-learn loops that inform customer intelligence and growth decisions
- Ensure loyalty and CRM activation align with enterprise economic guardrails
Key Responsibilities
Loyalty Redesign and Programming Execution
- Execute the day-to-day operation of the loyalty program
- Support new loyalty value proposition testing, launch readiness, and rollout
- Manage loyalty benefits, offers, and engagement mechanics
- Monitor loyalty performance and surface insights to the Senior Director
- Ensure loyalty activation aligns with defined economics and retention goals
CRM & Lifecycle Activation
- Own CRM lifecycle execution across email, app, and other owned channels
- Build and manage lifecycle journeys (onboarding, repeat, reactivation)
- Partner with Performance Marketing and Commerce to integrate CRM touchpoints
- Ensure CRM is used as an activation and learning layer, not just a messaging channel
Testing, Learning & Optimization
- Execute test plans defined by the Customer Intelligence team
- Partner with Analytics to evaluate performance and customer response
- Translate learnings into program refinements and recommendations
- Maintain discipline around test design, controls, and measurement
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with:
- Performance Marketing on targeting and lifecycle alignment

Vendor & Platform Coordination
