Position Purpose:

This driver role is responsible for driving a straight truck or van intrastate and/or interstate on local routes to deliver and unload various food and food related products to customers. This role generally handles deliveries of urgent orders due to mispicks and other customer service related issues. All routes are expected to be completed safely in accordance with all Company policies and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. The driver communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring all services and duties are executed in accordance with preferred work methods and customer service practices.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Perform all required safety checks (i.e. pre/post trip) including inspections of truck/van and trailer according to Department of 
    Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspect truck/van and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate 
    action as needed. Report all safety issues and/or repairs required.
  • Follow all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies. Immediately report any and all safety hazards.
  • Inspect truck/van for properly loaded and secured freight. Perform count check of items and check customer invoices of products 
    that have been loaded. Check and complete in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paper work associated with freight. 
  • Drive to and deliver customer orders according to assigned delivery schedule. 
  • Unload products from truck/van, transport items into designated customer storage areas. Perform damage control checks on items, 
    scanning and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy. Verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures. Collect money (cash or checks) where required. Load customer returns on to trailer and secure trailer doors.
  • Ensure that truck, van and freight are appropriately locked and/or secured at all times. 
  • Unload damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unload all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.  Complete daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state and company requirements.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required. At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Community Support Team Specialist

CTT is mandated to provide service to those individuals within the mental health system who present the greatest degree of severity of symptoms as evidenced by their multiple physical, psychiatric and legal conditions; extensive use of services and lack of follow through with treatment. The Teams that provide multidisciplinary clinical review and assessment of individuals who may be young adults, heavy users of service or actively involved in the criminal justice system and may also have co-occurring behavioral health diagnoses are generic and specialized. The CM Specialist-2 provides case management supports based on the Community Support Program of Philadelphia with assisting the individual in developing skills required to enhance his/her comfort and abilities to function as a productive member of the community. Reporting to the General Manager, this individual will oversee all aspects of box office operations and strategy, ensuring efficient processes, accurate event builds, and top-tier customer service.   • Lead day-to-day box office and ticketing operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a Box Truck Driver to join our company. You must have a valid driver's license with a For Hire certification, a clean driving record, and can operate a sit-down forklift. A commercial driver's license is not required for this position. Your job duties will include loading and unloading delivery items, operating a box truck, forklift and cleaning and maintaining equipment. Our customers expect their goods to arrive within a specific time frame, so you must be able to work independently and manage your time well.

MAIN DUTIES:

* Drive a delivery truck; follow designated delivery schedules and routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

* Deliver or pick up items as instructed.

* Load and unload vehicle as necessary.

* Document deliveries or log other shipment information.

* Complete systemic transactions through a RF scanner.

* Operate a box truck and forklift safely and efficiently to transport, load, and unload materials between warehouse, production, and customer locations.

* Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on both the box truck and forklift to ensure they are in safe operating condition.

* Report vehicle or equipment issues and incidents to the supervisor immediately.

* Verify and secure all cargo to prevent damage or shifting during transport.

* Maintain accurate delivery and shipping paperwork, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and inspection logs.

* Perform warehouse tasks such as staging, stacking, organizing, and relocating inventory using a forklift.

* Read and follow work orders, shipping labels, and inventory control systems to ensure accuracy.

* Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.

* Comply with all OSHA, and company safety regulations and policies, including proper use of PPE.

* Represent the company professionally at all times during deliveries and customer interactions.

* Assist with cycle counts or inventory checks as needed in the warehouse.

* Keep truck and warehouse areas clean and organized, following 6S or other warehouse safety protocol and standard safety and housekeeping procedures.

* Transport raw materials and finished products between warehouse, production, and shipping areas.

* Coordinate with warehouse or production staff to prioritize tasks and support operational flow.

Qualifications

* Valid driver's license with For Hire certification and a clean driving record

* At least 18 years old

* Able to work independently and lift up to 75 lbs.

* Must pass a background check and drug test

* Excellent communication skills

* Able to operate a sit-down forklift

Compensation

In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $18.00-$19.00
