Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector is seeking a Contracts Setup Group Manager (Contract Manager 3) to join our Sector Contracts & Pricing team. This position will be responsible for the setup and implementation of our contracts data/information in our ERP system, supporting the overall Sector, with direct support provided to multiple divisions. This role will report to the Defense Systems Sector Director of Contracts & Pricing and will reside at our Linthicum, MD or McLean, VA site, or other NG site.

• Work with Sector Contracts leadership in the establishment of a Sector Contracts Setup group.
• Lead the Sector Contracts Setup Group in support of loading, inputting and modifying a broad range of contracts into the SAP S/4 system.
• Identify/hire/manage contracts setup team
• Establish contract setup procedures and processes
• Develop and provide training for the contract set up group and setup stakeholders
• Collaborate with various functional stakeholders of the process to ensure a seamless transition

Primary Level Salary Range: $147,500.00 - $231,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Job Description: The Runner role within the Distribution Center (\"DC\") of Ocean State Job Lot (\"OSJL\" or \"Company\") is responsible for transferring merchandise or empty containers from designated areas to the proper location, including induction points, shipping lanes, drop zones, splitting, or put-away aisles. This role will use powered equipment to move goods from the receiving docks, splitting, and palletizing to the appropriate area. The Runner role inspects merchandise to ensure all freight is correctly moved to the right location, while meeting company-established standards in safety, quality, and productivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure freight is stable and secure with wrap or tape.
• Validate that the items have been reviewed and validated via the Cubiscan process.
• Act as a check to ensure that goods are flowing to the correct location; notify Receiving of any updates or changes.
• Haul skids to and from the receiving dock, wrapping machine area, picking drop zones, and splitting and shipping areas.
• Haul freight to proper shipping lanes, overflow areas, and category drop zones while tracking progress.
• Utilize a radio frequency (RF) scanner to scan and move goods in the system as well as a wrapping machine to shrink wrap pallets of goods.
• Operate and conduct daily review of equipment and communicate any concerns or issues as necessary; coordinate with maintenance for resolution.
• Work in compliance with standard operating procedures in addition to state and federal requirements.
• Maintain a neat, orderly, and clean work area to meet or exceed safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Successful completion of the Powered Equipment Training, Area Training, and associate proficiency tests.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment and achieve any applicable license.
• Ability to properly use a RF scanner and wrapping machine.

A freight forwarding company is seeking an Ocean Import Agent to join their operations team near Secaucus, NJ. This position is responsible for the activities and processes of international Ocean import freight coordination and for providing other general operations support as needed.

*This is a full-time, non-exempt, direct hire, onsite position.

Ocean Import Agent (Freight Forwarding) Duties:

• Track and trace international shipments, monitoring and managing daily sea freight freight operations
• Collect, sort and distribute operational information internally and process documentation for shipment release, including follow up with customs brokers and overseas offices
