Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $.51 - $.79 per mile, depending on experience.
Changing jobs is never easy - that's why our transition package invests in you. We offer a $1,800 Transition Package; $1000 of which is allotted for orientation for your first 2 weeks so you can focus on driving while we take care of the rest.

We are seeking a Product Development Engineer for our First Quality Baby Products facility located in Macon, GA.
This position will be responsible for leading product development projects and selecting technologies to use to meet customer demands. Successful candidate will work with and provide technical expertise for continuous improvement activities of the process teams for new and existing products within the FQBP facility. This role will also work in collaboration with each facility’s Quality Manager and Product Development resources (including benchmarking and sharing of best practices). This individual must be able to participate in plant trials and train others in testing methods.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Promotes an action-oriented safety culture, embracing safety as a core value, instilling and exemplifying a safety mindset for all team members resulting in an incident free workplace.
- Works in conjunction with Quality department to ensure finished product satisfies all finished product quality standards.
- Investigates new technologies and applies them to baby diapers and pants.
- Assists in planning, conducting, analyzing, and interpreting technical services.
- Responsible for project planning and execution on commercial and pilot line trials.
- Responsible for evaluating analytical data and relaying the information to non-technical personnel.
- Develops proprietary technology with equipment and/or process changes to meet evolving customer needs with the lowest cost solution.
- Responsible for organizing Product Development pipeline and consumer testing plans.
- Responsible for Product Development capital projects.
- Maintains a high level of professionalism at all times.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Bachelors in mechanical engineering, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in Project or Process Engineering experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in industrial experience.
- Minimum of 2-5 years Product Development experience.
- Experience in a lean manufacturing environment preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of nonwovens, absorbent hygiene, and diaper converting processes preferred
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to develop and organize multiple projects.
- Ability to work with a diverse, cross-functional team of professionals to deliver against key objectives and timelines.

We are seeking a Indirect Procurement Senior Manager for our First Quality Products Company located in McElhattan, PA. This position may be based out of our Central PA site (McElhattan, PA & Lewistown, PA) or Macon, GA.
This position will be responsible for leading the indirect procurement department covering all FQ Absorbent Hygiene companies (AbHy). The individual in this role will manage strategic sourcing initiatives, approve spend in certain categories, work closely with other functional department team members to standardize and streamline spend, lead negotiations with vendors, and collaborate across AbHy plants to ensure consistency of processes and purchases to leverage spend and deliver the best overall value for FQ. Must have the ability to travel roughly 30% of time to AbHy locations.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Direct/coordinate the procurement of indirect materials, supplies, spare parts, and services (MRO) needed to support operations for all AbHy plants by promoting collaboration across AbHy indirect buyers and functional departments to find synergies and negotiate aggregated volumes to achieve commercial benefits
- Represent FQ by developing strategic relationships with key suppliers. This includes sourcing and negotiating strategies along with leading the internal process and obtaining alignment with cross functional stakeholders
- Design and implement policies and procedures for the indirect procurement department that are consistent with the overall FQ purchasing policies.
- Identify and track cost savings initiatives including dollar savings and process improvements within the indirect procurement department and with functional departments to support FQ’s Funding the Growth (FTG) efforts
- Lead and manage a team of indirect buyers across multiple locations, providing training, supervision, direction, and guidance.
- Establish and maintain measurable performance metrics covering procurement activities including but not limited to buyer activity levels, categorized spend, requisition activity, and internal order placement performance.
- Approve requisitions across multiple plants in specific categories of spend to ensure the requisitioned item or service is accurate in need and scope, interface heavily with the requisitioning department to resolve questions and thoroughly vet the spend, and provide analytics to support the spend with documented notes and summaries to leadership, and.
- Participate in the development of cost-effective parts, equipment, and substitute equipment while maintaining quality and safety.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the procurement department and other functional departments, finance, and plant leadership to ensure alignment of goals and objectives and cost savings initiatives.
- Research and identify vendors of spare parts, supplies, services, and other goods to assess for potential inclusion in competitive bidding to continually strengthen the FQ vendor selection options.
- Create or assist in creating procurement documentation such as requisition summaries to support spend, executive summaries, RFI’s, RFP’s and RFQ’s, and other spend and sourcing analytical reports.
- Build and develop our digital roadmap to drive automation, efficiency, insights, and cost effectiveness
- Position will require 30% travel.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management / supply chain or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing operations, with negotiating, cost analysis, and supply chain or procurement experience preferred.
- Strong and effective communicator, both oral and written, who can articulate and clearly convey information with good interpersonal and leadership skills while interfacing with all levels of FQ’s organization structure.
- Experience in supervising and leading a team of employees is ideal.
- Demonstrated experience with business relationship development and excellent customer service.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving and process optimization abilities while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a solid team player with ability to lead a team successfully with minimal supervision.

This position will primarily be located in Winter Park and will be responsible for increasing branch assets, deposits, customer base and revenue by building rapport with new and existing customers to understand their current and future financial needs. You will conduct teller and cash vault transactions in an accurate and timely manner. The Universal Banker is also responsible for the sales of all bank products and services. You will provide outstanding customer service through a variety of digital and physical channels and consistently gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity. Applicants should be comfortable interacting with customers on camera, phone, online chat and must be comfortable utilizing new technology. The candidate must possess strong communication skills to accurately complete requests and answer questions for customers.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure thorough understanding of all products and services offered by Climate First Bank;
- Consistently exceed customer expectations and build rapport with existing and new customers;
- Open and process accounts, perform account maintenance;
- Accept and process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, loan payments; ensure proper customer identification and Bank Secrecy (BSA) procedures are followed;
- Proactively identify referral opportunities from new and existing customers;
- Proactively identify cross- and upselling opportunities across ALL of the Bank's products;
- Actively listen to the needs of prospects and clients and promptly respond to customer requests;
- Promote bank products and services while maintaining and accurately balancing teller cash drawer;
- Assist with vault duties;
- Attend and participate in periodic staff meetings;
- Keep exceptions for new accounts and audits to a minimum;
- Open and close the branch with the Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager; maintain and stay abreast of security policies and procedures; participate in testing security equipment, understand and follow procedures in case of robbery or other emergency; abide by dual controls procedures at all times;
- Demonstrate interest in contributing to and working by Climate First Bank's Core Values;
- Possess the initiative to obtain education related to ESG and sustainability practices.
Specific Requirements
- Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred;
- Proven ability to close sales based on customer needs;
- Previous banking experience required;
- Ability to balance business needs and customer requests while managing potential risks to the Bank;
- Previous money-handling experience;
- Excellent sales, and communication skills;
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and manage time effectively;
- Educated in financial products and services, banking regulations and laws;
- Solid organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Loan Documentation- Prepare loan documents utilizing LaserPro and review attorney prepared loan documents. Order title work and flood determinations.
- Closing Process- Coordinate closings. Process loan fundings. Review loan documentation post-closing for accuracy and compliance within loan policy.
- Reporting- Prepare and maintain loan policy exception report. Prepare monthly documentary stamp tax report
- Operations- Assist in developing policies and procedures. Book new loans and renewals on core
- Payment and Loan Processing- Process payments/draw requests. Process property tax payments. Process loan maintenance. Paid Loan Processing, including preparing and filing releases. Daily/Monthly reconciliations.
- Monitoring- Track real estate taxes and insurance on collateral. Monitor UCC-1 expiration dates and file continuation. Verify rate changes. Verify escrow analyses.
Requirements:
- Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, performance driven environment with frequent routine changes.

- Ability to complete assignments with little oversight and supervision. Sound judgement on when to ask questions and escalate to a team member or manager.
