Overview:

- Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and other team members to deliver coordinated care.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of practice.
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Compassion and commitment to improving residents’ quality of life.
