The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the department heads to understand and ensure accuracy of all financial reporting activity
• Assist in preparation and distribution of financial statements
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
• Manufacturing accounting experience strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of operations, inventory flows, and cost drivers
• Advanced analytical capability, including actuals-to-budget/forecast variance analysis, trend identification, and clear communication of key drivers to leadership
• Proven data management and systems expertise, including accurate import/export and reconciliation between ERP and supporting systems, ensuring data integrity, controls, and reliable reporting

You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with ERP and various accounting systems.

Salary Range: $85,000 to $100,000
