Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse at our Green Bay Shipping Container Division to lead our onsite occupational health and wellness programs. This role delivers direct nursing care, manages employee health programs, supports emergency response readiness, and partners closely across the organization to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace.
Responsibilities- Lead onsite occupational health services, providing nursing assessments, treatment, triage, referrals, and follow up for both work related and non work related injuries and illnesses.
- Manage workers' compensation cases, including work relatedness determination, coordination with carriers and providers, and support throughout treatment and recovery.
- Oversee return to work processes, including fit for duty evaluations, safe job placement recommendations, and follow up to ensure successful reintegration and reduced injury risk.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, FMLA, ADA, company policies, and other health and safety regulations.
- Administer key health and safety programs such as drug and alcohol testing, hearing conservation, emergency response readiness, and required employee safety training.
- Act as a trusted liaison between employees, management, HR, Safety, and healthcare providers-coordinating medical documentation, communicating treatment plans, and supporting both employee needs and operational continuity.
- Promote employee wellness through education, outreach, early intervention, and resource awareness (EAP, onsite clinics, rehab, etc.).
- Maintain accurate occupational health records, OSHA logs, regulatory documentation, and medical files.
- Support safe onboarding by following up with new employees, identifying early ergonomic or injury risks, and assisting in prevention efforts.
- Provide occasional off hours support for urgent health or safety needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Β

- Works with Regional Manager to develop operating budget and manages P&L for the branch
- Delivers reports to executive team members as requested
- Supervises equipment purchase and maintenance
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Collaborates with corporate office to set performance standards. Standards may be based on financial and operational goals and required compliance
- Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives
- Identifies training needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting those needs
- Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Crane Service Technician

Position Summary:
American Equipment, a leader in in-house crane fabrication, parts, service, and material handling is hiring a Mobile Crane Technician for our Elko, NV branch. Join our team and be part of a 50+ year legacy to provide unmatched customer service!
Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, and modernizations on electric overhead traveling cranes
- Spend time consulting with customers on repair and safety related issues
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
- Generate sales leads during service calls
- Accurately and neatly document on the service report for the work performed.
- New crane wiring, assembly, installation, and start-up.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Travel may be required. Work vehicle provided.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC theory, as well as the ability to troubleshoot 480VAC 3 phase motor control systems. A.A. degree or Equivalent vocational-training or experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 2-year hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance
- Aptitude for both electrical and mechanical environments as well as familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment
- Willingness to work overtime
- Possession of a valid driverβs license with good driving record
- Must pass drug-screen and background check
- Strong communication skills
- Proven commitment to safety
- Comfort with working at heights
- Experience in Variable Frequency drives and PLC programming a plus
- Crane maintenance experience a plus.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call or Overtime possible
