About the role We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of IAM to lead and mature our Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities.

You will work as a leader responsible for strategy, delivery, and operations of our enterprise IGA program—driving lifecycle automation (joiner/mover/leaver), access requests and certifications, role/entitlement management, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and application onboarding at scale.

  • As part of the claim handling process, may be called upon to represent the Company in legal matters through preparation for and participation in depositions and trials.

The Community - Crownpoint, NM
Crownpoint is in McKinley County, New Mexico, founded in 1912. The population was 2,278 at the 2010 census. It is on the Trails of the Ancients Byway, one of the designated New Mexico Scenic Byways. The Trail of the Ancients is a New Mexico Scenic Byway to prehistoric archaeological and geological sites of northwestern New Mexico. It provides insight into the lives of the Ancient Puebloan, Navajos, Utes and Apache people. Geological features include canyons, volcanic rock features, and sandstone buttes. Several of the sites are scenic and wilderness areas with recreational opportunities. In 1912, Crownpoint was founded by Samuel F. Stacher as an Indian Agency to serve the Navajo People in the Pueblo Bonito Agency of Northwestern New Mexico. A school house, agency office and power house were first built to accommodate future planned establishments.

Crownpoint Health Care Facility
The Crownpoint Health Care Facility serves a population of 200,000 Navajo people. The staff consists of primary care physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners, at a 32 bed hospital. The daily inpatient load is nine; daily outpatient visits are 151; annual OB cases are 275; and annual ER cases number about 18,000 (6 ED Beds).

Responsibilities:
Emergency physicians shall provide immediate medical evaluation, examination, diagnosis, treatment, and/or referral of patients who present for care in the CHCF-ED. "Present for care" includes patients referred to the Emergency Department by other medical providers in the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility system (such as outpatient clinics, outlying clinics, ED Fast track, inpatient, etc.). The ED physician shall provide professional advice to other CHCF providers with regard to professional management of patients being treated and/or hospitalized. The Contractor physician shall be a resource for contract providers and manage patients in the fast track portion of the Emergency Department as well. The Contractor physician care shall cover the range of emergency room care typically provided in a rural civilian practice of similar size.

The following list is an example of the types of cases, but is not all-inclusive:

* Major trauma, including fractures of multiple extremities, stab wounds, open wounds of the chest and abdomen, head trauma, suspected spine injuries, lacerations, amputations;
* Major medical emergencies such as cardiac arrest, myocardial infarction, respiratory failure, shock;
* Obstetrical emergencies such as deliveries of single or multiple births, acute pregnancy complications, vaginal bleeding; Our Labor and Delivery Unit is on Long Term Divert. When possible, we have an OB provider (CNM, FP/OB) on resource call.
* Pediatric emergencies, including neonatal resuscitations;
* Acute psychiatric problems, including suicide attempts;
* Lower-acuity complaints including viral illnesses, other infections, minor orthopedic problems, minor trauma, alcohol abuse (i.e., "urgent care" patients);.
* Other miscellaneous medical problems both acute and chronic.

Requirements:

* Unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State or Territory
* ABEM-Certification preferred, but other Board Certifications are acceptable with no less than 2 years of full-time ER experience in a high volume ED (Other qualifying certifications: Internal medicine, Family practice, Internal medicine/pediatrics, general surgery.)
* Must be an M.D. or D.O. and be capable of treating patients of all ages.
* Must have and maintain current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certificate and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certificate by way of an American Heart Association training program
