As the Trade Show Manager, you will take a leading role in planning, coordinating, and executing trade shows and events to reach our target audiences, including pro-contractors, hardware dealers/distributors, and the media. Essential Job Duties
- Work with the senior communications manager as well as product management, channel marketing, brand marketing, operations, and senior management on a full range of trade show activities. This will include live trade shows in major convention venues.
- Build the annual Makita U.S.A. trade show calendar and budget.
- Work with our off-site logistics partner to manage and track asset inventory and display tool inventory for use at trade shows. This includes inspection and inventory reconciliation as well as routine maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with in-house marketing staff and vendors to build booth assets, including structures and signage.
- Work with the in-house product management team (and occasionally outside vendors) to create demonstrations of key Makita products.
- Create effective lead collection tactics at trade shows.
- Coordinate show orders and shipping for select events.
- Coordinate on-site details for select events, including shipping and receiving, staffing, and set-up.

Job Summary Reporting to the Sr.
Director of Trade and Distribution Operations, the Director, Customer & Trade Management leads the development and execution of DSI distribution and channel strategies for its oncology and rare disease product portfolio while achieving contracting, access, and performance objectives with assigned national specialty distributor and specialty pharmacy accounts.
The Director of Trade will work collaboratively with diverse members of Supply Chain, Commercial, and Corporate functions to achieve individual, group, and organizational goals.
Responsibilities Strategic Account Management: Lead and advance strategic account relationships with assigned specialty distributor and specialty pharmacy customers.
Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to align distribution strategies with brand objectives and patient access goals.
Develop and lead negotiation strategies with Trade accounts that secure favorable market aligned terms, conditions, and fees for DSI and its products while ensuring optimal patient, HCP, and pharmacy experience when sourcing DSI medications Oncology Channel & Distribution Strategy: Engage directly with key customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to identify new ways of addressing channel challenges and create win-win-win value for DSI, the account, and the patient and their provider.
Develop, implement, and manage channel and account-based product distribution models aligned to Brand strategy, Market Access, and Finance goals.
Models and solutions may include: oOrder fulfillment and transportation models oAlternative distribution methods (e.g.
direct distribution, drop-ship, other) oLimited or exclusive Specialty Pharmacy arrangements Accountable for channel performance, pull-through, inventory levels, and order patterns to ensure channel integrity and product availability.

Xcel Energy is hiring for one or more Fleet Mechanic's to join our team at our Service Center in Silverthorne , Colorado! The starting rate of pay for this position is $60.22 for anyone who lives within 40 minutes or 40 miles of the Silverthorne Service Center ( $48.18 hourly for anyone who does not live within those parameters).
Summary As a Fleet Mechanic B , you will be responsible to inspect , service, repair and maintain vehicles, trailers, aerials and other power operated equipment.
Work will be performed primarily in company service garages as well as occasional job site field work.
Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision and be highly motivated, customer service driven, detail oriented and quality focused.
Position will involve frequent lifting in excess of 50 pounds, as well as prolonged standing.
The ability to inspect, service and diagnose as well as properly make minor and major repairs to electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, gasoline and diesel systems are key success factors for this position.
Fleet and Stores Departments assigned to the Silverthorne Service Center shall also receive a 25% increase provided they too reside within forty (40) minutes, and forty (40) miles of their headquarters based upon the fact that they too are first responders.
Required Successful applicant must have a High School Diploma or GED and meet the following criteria: A technical, vocational or trade school diploma, or degree in automotive truck and/or heavy equipment service repair and maintenance, or 3 years of continuous work history in this field.
Other forms of experience/training/schooling may be considered equivalent such as military and veterans training programs, as determined by the Company.
