As a Design and Development Manager, you will...
- Independently lead the full proposal process—from concept to delivery—for custom, high-impact programs, ensuring alignment with client goals, budget, and brand identity.

The Product Development Project Manager supports the Director of Product Development in executing all phases of product innovation and development from concept through launch. The Dealer Development Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the dealer network by maintaining accurate records, processing dealer requests, and assisting with programs that promote business development and customer satisfaction across the U.S. and Canada.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records in KUHN’s Customer Relations Management (CRM) database through address verification, merge of duplicates, enter/upload of data.
- Warranty & Registrations: Monitor product registrations. Work with territory managers and dealers to ensure retailed machines are registered; review and clear verification flags, process requests for warranty card deletions (research and communicate actions to accounts receivable, credit, and sales support).
- Survey Administration: Support Customer Post Purchase and Machine Performance surveys, including mailing, data entry, scanning, uploading to SNAP, disseminating surveys for follow up by the field and other departments, etc.
- Sales Program Support: Coordinate data entry of sales retail and stocking programs. Assist in creating summaries for regional and territory managers’ evaluation of dealer performance.
- Extended Warranty Administration: Process Protect + requests from dealers (invoice, update SCG, track usage).
- Dealer Communications: Assist in maintenance of dealer email contacts (follow up and correct email addresses that were undeliverable).
- Dealer Qualification: Assist with dealer qualification, including communication of qualification to field and channel management personnel for follow up actions.
- Finance Programs: Review retail finance monthly reports (from DLL, Meridian OneCap), analyze and report usage (products financed, dealers using finance program, percentage retailed with KUHN Finance, etc.).
- Research distribution networks of other suppliers and update existing Excel spreadsheets as requested.
- Promotional Support: Process department Requests for Purchase (RFP) for merchandise, submit orders to the vendor and track RFPs to provide Accounting with a monthly summary of charges to be applied against the applicable department budgets. Administer Dealer Event Promotion Kit program by processing requests, tracking and distributing kits.
- Forms: Maintain, update, and post dealer and company forms, as needed.
- Channel Management Support: Order and ship starter kit materials and communicate shipment information to with territory manager or dealer.
- Complimentary Employee Apparel Program: Support distribution of employee apparel, track wear test items and collate feedback for specialist and managers.
Education and/or Experience - An Administrative Assistant associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, Adobe Acrobat, Internet research, mapping tools, and survey platforms. Knowledge of the agricultural industry is preferred.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $54,000 - $70,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Market and organizational factors are also considered. What We Are Looking For:
We are currently seeking a Product Development Assistant for Capelli Sport. The overall aim of this role is to assist the product manager in developing new products and designs to meet our product line and customer needs. Responsibilities:
· Driving product development by researching and improving existing products
· Managing communication with overseas teams and handle market research
· PLM monitoring and processing
· Creating tech packs
· Processing photo requests for internal systems, retailers, and licensors
· Overseeing sample management, including receiving, tracking, reviewing, and approving samples while resolving technical issues
· Maintaining and organizing showrooms
· Supporting the Product Development Manager in launching new product lines and preparing necessary documentation
· Creating and managing reports in Excel to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication
Requirements:

As a Delivery Driver, you'll drive a vehicle, delivering around 300-375 Amazon packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week (one day on Saturday or Sunday required) and 10 hours each day.

The Clinical & Development Director will serve as an integrator connecting different work streams that would otherwise remain siloed. In partnership with Clinical Affairs leadership, this role is a key communicator linking the Clinical Affairs team and the broader organization. In this role, you will leverage your strategy and operations experience to ensure doctors, centers and field teams receive the support needed to successfully meet the demands of a highly dynamic industry. The Clinical & Development Director is part of a team that drives clinical excellence, value creation, growth, and optimization. Success in the role will require excellent listening, planning, assessment and communication skills, with an ability to identify gaps, recognize opportunities, and drive performance accountability.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Partner with Clinical Affairs, doctors, executive leadership, corporate strategy, field leaders and center managers to support the development of deployment approaches for key strategic clinical initiatives
- Identify gaps, constraints, and or roadblocks to adoption and integration of new initiatives; develop interventions at the center, region, division, and network level
- Mobilize internal resources (operations, strategy, field, sales, marketing, legal and compliance, IT) to overcome challenges, ensuring doctors, centers and field teams have support and training needed to fully adopt new treatments, systems, and processes
- Partner with field leadership to hold centers and field teams accountable to achieving adoption and implementation targets
- Liaise with doctors, field teams, operations teams, strategy, analytics, and finance; serve as a lynchpin among these teams to support prioritization of interventions and support
- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of key initiatives; recommend pilots, testing, and roadmaps to achieve optimization and performance enhancements of key strategic initiatives; Create compelling business cases for expansion of new programs and processes
- Identify, codify, and disseminate best practices
- Support administration of clinical programs

- Experience in clinical or doctor relationship management.
- Demonstrated success partnering in a matrixed environment to implement strategic initiatives within a distributed environment.
- Excellent professional written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills. Ability to communicate and interact with diverse constituencies and motivate teams.

Additional Details:
- Base Pay Range if based in Chicago: $175,000 - $195,000, plus 25% annual bonus (Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.)
- The position is based in Chicago, IL, with an expectation of 4 days per week in-office and 1 day remote. Candidates located outside the 35-mile radius of Chicago may still be considered on a case-by-case basis.
