Qualifications:

Required: High school diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam. Possesses one of the following: • Previous experience as a cast technician or in a related position in the operating room or military. • Previous experience as an orthopedic technician in a hospital setting. • Completion of a formal training program in Orthopedic Technology, Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or equivalent military training. Certified as an Orthopedic Technician by an approved issuing body or obtains a certification within 1 year of employment. BLS Certification from the AHA or obtains within 90 days. Job Summary


The Sourcing Manager will lead the strategic sourcing and supplier management of aluminum extrusions, powder coating, castings, fabricated metals, and other products. This role is critical to developing a resilient, cost-effective, and globally competitive supply base. You’ll work cross-functionally to optimize cost, ensure continuity, and improve supplier performance across multiple commodities. This position offers the opportunity to shape long-term sourcing strategy while driving immediate value through tactical execution and supplier collaboration. Essential Functions


  • Develop and lead sourcing strategies for aluminum extrusions and other assigned commodities in alignment with business goals and global market conditions.
  • Conduct market research to identify and evaluate current and potential domestic and international suppliers based on total cost, quality, capability, and capacity.
  • Generate and maintain various top management flash reports and monthly market overview reports on key commodities.
  • Manage supplier negotiations focused on long-term value: pricing, terms, payment schedules, rebates, lead times, and risk mitigation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers; drive continuous improvement via performance reviews, scorecards, and structured feedback.
  • Analyze cost structures, supply chain risks, and industry dynamics to drive sourcing decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure timely and specification-compliant delivery of materials.
  • Lead sourcing events (RFPs, RFQs) and oversee contracts to ensure total cost optimization and performance assurance.
  • Project manage Sourcing and VA/VE projects to implementation
  • Monitor inventory levels and internal purchasing tendencies to coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure supply continuity and support cost reduction targets.
  • Champion process improvements and implement tools that enhance procurement efficiency and transparency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, SOX requirements, and procurement best practices.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA or certifications (e.g., CPSM, CPIM) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of sourcing or commodity management experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on aluminum extrusions and steel items.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating with both domestic and international suppliers.
  • Strong technical knowledge of sourcing systems, procurement processes, and cost structures.
  • Demonstrated strong project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/MRP systems (JDE experience is a plus).

    $750 Hiring Bonus (First payment after 90 days = $250 and Second payment after 150 days = $500.00)

    To be eligible for the sign-on bonus, cast members must be in the position continuously for at least 90 days after hire and be employed by The Walt Disney Company at time of payment. A cast member is hired after the successful completion of Disney Traditions or one full day of employment. To be eligible for an incentive bonus after 150 days, cast members must remain employed in the position continuously for at least 150 days and be employed by The Walt Disney Company at the time of payment. Payments will be made approximately two weeks after the 90 and 150-day milestones, respectively. Bonus payments are subject to applicable taxes and other legal withholding. Disputes concerning eligibility to a bonus payment shall be resolved by Walt Disney World Recruitment in its sole and absolute discretion. The incentives offered herein are subject to change at any time, with or without notice. Cast Members hired prior to January 21, 2026 or after April 20, 2026 will not be eligible for an incentive award.

    All Cast Members must provide own transportation as there is no company sponsored transportation available.

    Responsibilities :
    Food and Beverage
    The environment is friendly but fast paced. On any given day you might take guest orders, operate the point-of-sale system (cash register), handle cash, fulfill orders, prep food, stock items, keep inventory, and of course keep the front and back of the house up to Disney’s famous cleanliness standards. On top of that, you would be fully trained on knowledge of the resort so you can answer guests’ questions, share information, and provide the “Disney difference” that brings people to the Hilton Head Island Resort!

    Basic Qualifications :
    Here is what you will need to be successful in the job:
    • You must be at least 18 years old
    • This is a Seasonal position that requires you to be fully available from May to September
    • You will also be required to be fully available on national/state holidays.
    • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
    • Excellent customer service skills

    As a Security Host/Hostess, the main goal is to provide a safe and secure environment that enables our guests, cast members and vendors to experience the magic of Disney.
    Responsibilities :

    * The Security Host/Hostess performs protective and enforcement functions in a courteous and professional manner while dealing with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances, threats to life and property
    * As a first responder, will be trained on Infant, Child and Adult Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automated External Defribrillator (AED), Stop The Bleed Training and fire extinguisher procedures to respond to emergencies as needed
    * Conduct interior and exterior Resort foot patrol to identify undesirable conditions
    * Evaluate a situation and quickly make logical decisions on how to proceed while maintaining a calm demeanor
    * Investigations, including evaluation of the scene, interviewing complainants and witnesses, involve correct personnel to assist with the investigation
    * Documentation and report writing
    * Maintain order in the Resort while attending to the needs of our guests, cast members and vendors
    * Coordinate expedient response to emergency conditions such as fire, alarms, safety hazards and threats to life and/or property in a calm, rational, persuasive manner
    * Handle violations of Resort policy, civil laws and undesired conduct
    * Work with state of the art technology to detect and respond to safety systems
    * Provide cash escorts for cashiers to/from cash room to their work station
    * Respond to security and emergency calls and prioritize the work in a timely manner
    * Use of complex consoles to receive calls from guests, cast members and vendors requiring assistance and dispatches to resolve situations will maintain logs of all requests
    * Provide key assist
    * Issue contractor and visitor badges
    * Monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system for any unusual activity and dispatch via two-way radio
    * Provide accurate information to guests, cast members and vendors seeking directions and hours of operation
    * Receive, record and secure found property will also research and respond to guests inquiries for lost property
    * Escort guests and cast members as required to parking lots
    * Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    Basic Qualifications :

    * Must be at least 18 years of age
    * Valid State of Hawaii Guard Card
    * Excellent communication skills
    * A successful candidate will have experience as a first responder related experience that best aligns with the day to day operation may include:

    * Hotel/Resort Security Guard/Officer experience
    * Successfully completed basic training in the Military
    * Loss Prevention and/or Plain Clothes Operatives experience
    * High pressure situational experience such as Emergency Medical Technician, Firefighter, Flight Attendant

    * Strong verbal, written and technology skills required
    * Keyboarding skills 25 WPM
    * Investigation skills
    * Perform general clerical duties using Microsoft Office and other site specific programs
    * A good sense of direction as will learn and memorize Resort layout to include the locations of fire pull stations, fire extinguisher, AED, standpipes and more
    * Self-directed (can complete tasks with minimal follow up/supervision)
    * Maintain strong observation skills with high level of detail and scrutiny for entire shift

    Preferred Qualifications:

    * Associates Degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Private Investigations, Homeland Security, Emergency Management and/or Emergency Medical Services
    * Strong understanding of Hawaii Revised Statues; particularly those that apply to Hotel/Resort destinations (such as trespassing, etc.)
    * Knowledge of Hawaiian/ Japanese language

    Required Education :

    * High school diploma or equivalent
