Position Summary
Tier 1 Watch Commander/Senior Supervisory Security Officers will be the senior operational personnel for their shift and will be responsible for performing functions of a Security Officer, as required, and performing security shift supervision at the required designated Properties.

Responsibilities
- Report directly to their Contract Managers and/or Assistant Contract Managers
- Carry out all other supervisory duties as required or directed by their Contract Managers and Assistant Contract Managers
- Assume responsibility for the completion of assigned tasks
- Direct Security Officers in the accomplishment of assigned tasks
- Provide scheduling, training, and counseling for Security Officers
- Serve as a close, first-line supervisor, monitoring and directing Security Officers and other Triple Canopy personnel as necessary
- Act as Clients’ liaison with civil authorities responding to crimes, fires, hazardous material spills, etc.
- Respond to Client personnel in a timely, effective and professional manner
- In case of after-hours emergency situations, respond to the scene and take initial command, control and communication support role until higher authority and/or emergency responders arrive, with the authority necessary to handle emergency events
- Perform administrative tasks including timekeeping, scheduling, and report tracking
- Set the example for Security Officers in the areas of appearance, work habits, skill and attitude
- Ensure Security Officers follow all work rules, maintain and display good discipline, and present a professional appearance by conducting random, unannounced personnel and post inspections
- Provide on the job training for Security Officers
- Oversee, supervise and provide security services during special events, including, without limitation, conducting access control and event guest check-in; enforcing all rules and protocols established by the events security SOPs and security escalation protocols, including engaging and removing anyone who is causing a disruption to an event that is deemed unacceptable and unwelcome by Clients or refusing to depart the event after being requested to depart, interdicting anyone attempting to cause harm to any of the event guests, and reporting and investigating any security anomalies observed by security officers; collaborating with event organizers and venue staff; and performing regular patrols of the event premises to deter unauthorized access and ensure a safe environment

Qualifications
- Must possess an Associate’s degree
- Must Possess a minimum of 3 years of security supervisory experience
- Have one of the below experience qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years in a U.S. Military Special Operations Unit or U.S. Law Enforcement Special Operations Unit, OR
- A minimum of 4 years in a combat Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) and a minimum of 2 years as a sworn law enforcement officer/agent, OR
- A minimum of 6 years as a sworn law enforcement officer/agent. For purposes of this paragraph, a sworn law enforcement officer/agent shall mean a person who is legally authorized to carry a firearm and legally empowered to perform arrests and who has satisfied all applicable legal and training requirements for armed law enforcement officers in the jurisdiction in which they were employed
- Be a U.S. Citizen with a social security card and a valid driver's license
- Must meet all medical and physical standards and satisfactorily complete background checks, psychological and drug screening
- Be able to wear protective body armor as part of the duty uniform
- Must (A) possess a current firearms certificate issued by the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission, (B) be licensed as an armed private security guard under Chapter 18.170 RCW (Revised Code of Washington), (C) have a valid Concealed Pistol License (CPL) in the State of Washington AND/OR be authorized under 18 U.S.C.
- 926B and 926C to carry a concealed firearm, having satisfied all requirements under the federal Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004 (LEOSA) (as amended), AKA H.R. 218, to be considered either a Qualified Law Enforcement Officer (QLEO) or a Qualified Retired Law Enforcement Officer (QRLEO), and having been issued photographic identification in accordance with all state and federal requirements under H.R. 218, AND (D) comply with all applicable federal, state and local security personnel registration, certification, and licensing laws (e.g., federal LEOSA and Washington State Department of Licensing)

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel within assigned zone and provide augmentation support to other zones as needed
- Support SES and Military Officer conference and meeting spaces
- Install, pull, terminate, label, and test all AV-related cables, connectors, and interfaces
- Install projection screens, plasma/LED displays, speakers, and related AV hardware
- Perform installation of AV systems at client sites, including full room deployments
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation
- Wire and build AV racks to standard and customer specifications
- Serve as the Lead Audio Visual Engineer on projects and customer engagements
- Manage AV projects across various models and makes of equipment
- Conduct testing, analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions on systems, networks, hardware, and software
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of AV wiring standards and connector types across AV cable types
- Support internet-based video solutions including switchers, codecs, interfaces, and room design solutions
- Access classified areas to support Enterprise JWICS installation and troubleshooting of system hardware (user account not required)
Required Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of relevant experience with AV engineering
- Have an active DoD Top Secret clearance at a minimum
- Have one (1) of the following certifications:
- AMX Technician (Networked AV) Certification, or
- Crestron CTI Technician Track Certification, or
- AVIXA CTS Certification
- Ability to support mission-critical AV/VTC systems under pressure

This role serves as a subject‑matter expert and strategic partner to U.S. HR Operations, Site HR teams, and Operations leadership, translating enterprise engagement strategy into actionable, site‑level initiatives that drive measurable results.
Location:
This role will be based on-site at our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Headquarters. Traveling to various manufacturing sites will be required, as needed (Roughly 20% or so, depending on business needs and projects).
What Will You Do?
- Serve as a strategic partner to Site HR teams, collaborating closely with the U.S. HR Operations team to align enterprise priorities with site-specific needs.
- Partner with Site HR and L&E team to assess and interpret organizational health across U.S. sites, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights (e.g., Employee Opinion Survey results, turnover trends, pulse checks) to inform action.
- Collaborate with Site HR and Operations leaders to co-design and implement high-impact engagement strategies tailored to the unique culture, workforce, and business needs of each site.
- Enable Site HR through a consistent, flexible framework for engagement programs, recognition, and cultural initiatives that support local execution while aligning to broader business priorities.
- Act as a thought partner to Site HR on employee engagement by identifying key motivators, emerging themes, and opportunities to strengthen the employee experience.
- Share best practices and insights across sites, supporting Site HR in adopting approaches that drive consistency while respecting local context and maturity.
- Partner with Site HR to lead post-survey action planning, supporting analysis, prioritization, communications, and follow-through to strengthen accountability and cultural improvement.
- Support and augment Site HR efforts on broader HR initiatives as needed, providing expertise, tools, and capacity to ensure successful execution.
- Advise and support Site HR on communication and change management related to leadership transitions, organizational design changes, and enterprise initiatives.
- Coach and guide team member(s) responsible for regional communications, logistics, and program documentation to ensure strong support for Site HR and business partners.
- Build trusted relationships with Site HR and business leaders, acting as a collaborative advisor to ensure timely, relevant, and value-added delivery of HR programs.
- Escalate themes, risks, and systemic concerns surfaced through partnership with Site HR to the U.S. HR Operations team to support visibility and resolution.
- Partner with Site HR to monitor key HR indicators across U.S. sites, identifying trends and recommending proactive or corrective actions when needed.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of Site HR and enterprise HR objectives.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Experience:
- At least 3-5+ years of experience in HR/culture & engagement roles in manufacturing (or similar) fast-paced environments.
- Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions with stakeholders at various levels.
- Hands-on experience supporting and executing engagement initiatives, surveys, and culture-related programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and facilitate discussions when needed.
- Solid data analysis and storytelling skills to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proven ability to support, refine, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Experience working within HR in a large, multi‑national manufacturing or services environment.
- A seasoned HR professional with deep functional expertise and attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a genuine interest in supporting a positive workplace culture.
- Comfortable working in diverse, fast‑paced environments and aligning with established priorities and standards.
- Good command of English (read, write, and speak).

Role Summary
The Senior CSA Superintendent leads field execution of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scope on mission-critical data center projects. This role owns day-to-day site leadership for CSA work: site logistics, safety, schedule, subcontractor coordination, quality, and turnover readiness. The CSA Superintendent drives predictable production, enforces standards, and ensures work is installed safely, correctly, and in sequence with MEP/commissioning needs.
This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, holds trade partners accountable, and keeps the project moving with clarity, urgency, and professionalism.

- Brownfield upgrades and retrofits in operating facilities
- Campus expansions and critical infrastructure additions
- Large fit-outs and accelerated customer deployment work
Key Responsibilities
Field Leadership & Safety (Primary)
- Lead CSA field operations while reinforcing a zero-incident culture.
- Partner with project safety leadership and subcontractors to implement site-specific EH&S plans, JSAs/AHAs, permitting, and housekeeping standards.
- Conduct regular safety walks; correct unsafe behaviors immediately and escalate as needed.
CSA Scope Execution (Primary)
- Direct and coordinate all CSA activities including: site civil, earthwork, concrete, foundations, underground utilities (as applicable), structural steel, envelope, roofing, architectural buildout, doors/frames/hardware, exterior finishes, and interior buildout.
- Ensure CSA work supports MEP rough-in, equipment setting paths, commissioning access, and turnover sequencing (clearances, access panels, curbs, housekeeping pads, etc.).
- Maintain strong daily communication with MEP superintendents to avoid trade stacking and rework.
Schedule & Production Management (Primary)
- Own CSA short-interval planning (daily/weekly) and support pull planning with measurable commitments.
- Track manpower, production rates, constraints, and deliveries; proactively communicate schedule risks and recovery plans.
- Align CSA milestones to overall project milestones (dry-in, permanent power readiness support, white space readiness, turnover phases).
Quality Control (Primary)
- Enforce CSA quality standards and installation tolerances; drive “build it right the first time.”
- Lead and document quality walks; manage deficiency logs and punch lists to closure.
- Ensure clean build practices aligned with data center requirements (dust control, protection of installed work, critical space readiness).
Logistics & Site Control (Primary)
- Manage CSA laydown, access routes, lifting plans coordination, concrete/steel deliveries, material staging, and housekeeping.
- Coordinate sitewide logistics with the General Contractor/CM and other scopes to keep the job moving without congestion.
Coordination & Communication (Primary)
- Lead/participate in key field meetings: subcontractor coordination, foreman huddles, look-aheads, constructability reviews, and progress walks.
- Communicate issues early with clear options, impacts, and recommended paths forward.
- Coordinate with AHJ/inspectors for CSA-related inspections and closeouts.
Procurement Support (Supporting)
- Track CSA long-lead items (steel, precast, envelope systems, roofing, doors/hardware, specialty architectural items).
- Confirm lead times, delivery windows, and readiness of areas for install.
Turnover & Closeout (Primary)
- Drive CSA punch, closeout, and turnover readiness by area/phase.
- Coordinate turnover requirements with PM/QAQC/commissioning teams: as-builts, O&M where applicable, attic stock, warranties, test reports, inspection sign-offs.
- Ensure spaces are ready for commissioning activities and operational turnover (clean, labeled, accessible, complete).
Leadership & Culture (Primary)
- Be the leader in the room: set expectations, model accountability, and build strong trade partner relationships.
- Promote Weeks standards: proactive problem solving, high tempo execution, and respectful coordination.
- Mentor junior superintendents/field engineers and help develop consistent field processes.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Deep CSA field expertise on complex commercial/industrial builds; mission-critical/data center experience strongly preferred.
- Strong command of means and methods, sequencing, constructability, and schedule logic.
- Ability to read/interpret drawings/specs and enforce quality with subcontractors.
- Proven ability to lead multiple CSA subs simultaneously in a high-intensity environment.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making under pressure.
- Comfortable with field technology (Procore/ACC, Bluebeam, MS Office) and daily reporting.
- Understanding of CPM schedule logic and short-interval planning.
Experience & Education (Typical)
- 10+ years in commercial/industrial construction with significant CSA superintendent leadership experience.
- Data center / mission-critical experience preferred (or comparable high-spec industrial work).
- OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain).
