Position Summary

The IS Epic Cache Database Administrator will be responsible for implementing and supporting Epic Database Solutions that take into account appropriate redundancy, availability, scalability, security and manageability requirements of Lakeland Regional Health’s IS Department. This individual will be part of a team that is responsible for the technical strategy, vision, architecture and evolution of LRH’s Epic implementation(s), infrastructure and ancillary technologies. This is a technical position providing analysis, configuration, maintenance, modification and monitoring of all Epic Caché and SQL databases. The ideal individual understands and supports best practices and requirements for data storage, database architecture, tuning, maintenance and reporting, ensuring hardware and software compatibility and optimization. This individual assists in and supports personnel in determining databases are available, backed up regularly, and can be restored. Participates in, and evaluates installations (server and database binaries), tests, and implementations of system hardware, clustering technologies, software, manufacturer’s maintenance releases and utilities. Analyzes system performance to ensure it is meeting availability and performance objectives. Evaluates and recommends team personnel in resolution of hardware and operating system, and application software problems. Develops and maintains documentation on design specifications and system/software development life cycle for development projects.

Standard Work: IS Epic Cache Database Administrator

• Implements, manages and maintains the Epic SQL Database infrastructure, including installing/upgrading and/or deploying Epic applications on servers and clients using Kuiper, and System Pulse. Installs database software (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server or InterSystems Caché)
• Manage and maintain Epic databases for Hyperspace, EPS, Web BLOB, Hyperspace Web, BCA, MyChart, Carelink\Healthy Planet, Haiku, Rover, Care Everywhere, Home Health, Kuiper, and System Pulse services
• Performs technical analysis, configuration, maintenance, modification and monitoring of databases on a variety of platforms including SQL, Cache, Windows Server OS and Linux
• Uses processes for monitoring performance of installed systems or services and takes corrective actions when necessary. Uses tools for capacity planning, reporting, and proactive problem solving. The Technical Project Manager (TPM) has three main responsibilities:

1. Project Manage all technical tasks during implementation and upgrades.
2. Install and configure servers and the Care Logistics applications in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and on premise.
3. Perform technical operations and oversee availability, performance, and supportability of our observability infrastructure.

The TPM acts as the project manager and liaison between Care Logistics and the customer for all technical activities. The TPM is responsible for coordinating the system configuration, sizing, ordering, and installation while technically engineering and managing the integration of Care Logistics solutions. They work closely with Solutions Delivery and customer resources in support of organizational objectives. JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the complete software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Agile, CICD, and SLDC process implementation and application experience.
• Knowledge/Expertise in the following programming/scripting languages: Python, BASH, Java experience a plus.
• Linux development experience with a solid understanding of its fundamentals and internals: Ubuntu/ CentOS
• Well-versed in the following container/virtualization environments: VMware, Docker.
• Solid understanding of large-scale distributed systems in practice, including multi-tier architectures, application security, monitoring and storage systems.

• Experience with leading edge networking systems, hardware, software and protocols including but not limited to enterprise ethernet datacenter switching/routing L1, L2, and L3 (BGP, DHCP Relay, ECMP). Arista CloudVision is a plus
• Experience with code versioning tools (Git preferred)
• Experience with front-end and back-end Web UI design.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MS preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in a software development/test capacity with enterprise server, storage, or networking products. 3+ years people management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience directly managing software development teams
• Experience managing remote, multi-national and geographically dispersed development teams.

Digital Marketing Content Specialist

This role is responsible for authoring and publishing web content within the company’s CMS, ensuring alignment with brand, accessibility, and SEO standards. Required Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in an Operational role within a broader marketing department, executing on designs and strategies laid out by cross-functional partners
• Responsible for selecting templates, components and modules, adding/editing content (copy, images, video, tagging, SEO metadata) to compose web pages based on brand guidelines and stakeholder input
• Work within the company’s Design System to make sure content is consistent with brand aesthetic standards as well as accessibility standards
• Customize and edit content for domestic and International sites

Role Overview

The Marketing Director will lead WowNow’s U.S. brand architecture, cultural marketing engine, IP collaborations, website strategy, and — most critically — scalable platform user growth.
