JOB SUMMARY
Master Technology Group (MTG) specializes in designing, installing, and servicing low-voltage commercial property technologies across local and national markets.
The Integrated Security Systems Technician (Traveling) provides customer-focused, workplace technology support to clients, field staff, installation partners, and internal team members. While most support work is performed remotely, occasional on-site assistance may be required locally and nationally.
Supported systems are primarily security-related, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and EAS. Additional support may encompass network programming, fire alarm systems, data infrastructure, AV, and other low-voltage disciplines.
An MTG Integrated Security Systems Technician must deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, Local Service Partners (LSPs), and colleagues. This role requires technical proficiency, extensive knowledge of low-voltage systems, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Candidates must reside in the Twin Cities area and are expected to perform most of their work from our Eden Prairie, MN office. Periodic job site responsibilities may be required locally and nationally, with travel up to 60% supporting client sites, installations, and service operations.
To assist with critical service issues, the role includes on-call duties as part of daily responsibilities, requiring availability after hours on weekdays. Weekend on-call shifts will be rotated on a scheduled basis to ensure support during urgent weekend needs.
This position reports to the Manager of Technical Services.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support customers, coordinators, field technicians, and project managers with technical advice, troubleshooting, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with Business Development and Operations to provide pre-sales and post-sales support for MTG solutions and systems
- Deliver remote and hands-on training to field personnel to ensure compliance with all applicable codes, client specifications, and MTG’s quality standards
- Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting, programming, maintaining, and servicing client systems
- Pre-program, build, and stage equipment for installation when practical, to streamline on-site setup
- Provide remote and on-site programming and commissioning for client systems
- Conduct remote and on-site quality assurance audits to verify system performance and installation standards
- Assist installation, service, and coordination teams with technical planning, issue resolution, and commissioning, ensuring systems operate as intended and meet MTG quality standards
- Provide user training to client representatives
- Provide technical training to field personnel and colleagues
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback to management on processes, efficiency, and client satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of field experience installing, configuring, programming, and servicing video, access control, and intrusion systems
- MN Power Limited Technician License (PLT) required
- Field experience with low-voltage cabling, data infrastructure, fire alarms, EAS, DAS, AV, and other workplace technology systems is advantageous
- Proven ability to design, configure, and program a variety of security-related systems
- Demonstrated experience in delivering user training to client representatives and technical training to field personnel
- Industry certifications such as NICET Video Security Systems Technician, ESA certifications, or equivalent are preferred
- Manufacturer certifications such as Axis Network Video, Milestone, Genetec, Exacq, Bosch, KeyScan, Avigilon, Lenel S2, March Networks, or Open Options are preferred
- Strong interest and motivation to pursue ongoing education and additional certifications
- Solid familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to meet travel and on-call requirements for the position

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Business Development, clients, prospects, trade partners, and design team members to assess opportunities, design solutions, and develop project scopes
- Determine required materials, labor, equipment, and other costs to create accurate project estimates
- Utilize MTG-created templates to create comprehensive proposals, SOWs, warranty statements, and other project-related documents
- Obtain competitive material pricing and manage timely material delivery, return, and credit processing
- Coordinate equipment rentals, including pricing, delivery, and return
- Oversee and direct execution of low-voltage/technology work, specifically for AV-related projects
- Manage project costs to meet or exceed profit margin targets

- Operate hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
- Utilize Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs) such as forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, and boom lifts
- Perform site preparation including trenching and minor concrete work
- Conduct minor facility maintenance (lighting, hardware, plumbing fixtures, etc.)
- Contact suppliers/manufacturers for parts information and repair coordination
- Perform material handling and work area cleanup
Required Qualifications
- State of Michigan Journeyman Electrical License and/or Master Electrical License
- 3+ years of industrial/commercial electrical experience
- Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders while maintaining compliance with site and customer standards

Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations at the logistics center, including inbound, storage, picking/packing, outbound, returns, inventory accuracy, safety, staffing, and KPI performance. This role drives operational excellence through strong field leadership, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Overall Warehouse Operations
- Lead daily/weekly/monthly warehouse operations (inbound, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns).
- Develop and execute operational plans to meet service level and productivity targets.
- Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed and continuously improved.
Inventory & Quality Management
- Maintain and improve inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.
- Establish and manage location control and storage policies.
- Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies, damages, or shipment errors and implement corrective actions.
Workforce & Team Leadership
- Manage warehouse staff (full-time, temporary, and/or 3PL partners), including scheduling and productivity tracking.
- Coach, train, and evaluate team members to build a high-performance culture.
- Promote strong communication across shifts and teams.
KPI / Cost Control
- Monitor and report warehouse KPIs such as productivity, lead time, OTIF, shrinkage, error rates, and labor efficiency.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage operational budgets effectively.
Safety, Security & Compliance
- Enforce safety policies, EHS standards, and equipment operation compliance (e.g., forklifts).
- Maintain facility security and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
WMS / System Operations
- Operate and manage WMS-driven warehouse processes.
- Maintain master data and ensure system accuracy for inventory and order flows.
- Troubleshoot WMS issues and coordinate with IT or HQ teams for enhancements.
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
- 7+ years of logistics / warehouse operations experience, with proven exposure to end-to-end warehouse processes.
- 2–3+ years of people management or on-site warehouse leadership experience (direct or indirect).
- Hands-on experience using WMS (Warehouse Management System) in daily operations, including system-based inbound/outbound and inventory control.
- Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs and operational performance management.
- Proven ability to solve on-site operational issues with structured root-cause analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data-driven reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics center environment, including peak seasons, shift operations, or weekend support as required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications.
- 2–7 years of experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, or inventory/operations administration (preferred).
- Experience with WMS or inventory systems (preferred).
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to operational changes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Business-level Korean proficiency strongly preferred for communication with Korean HQ, customers, or partners.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Production Designer to support multi‑channel marketing and client communications. This position is ideal for a junior to mid‑level designer who enjoys high‑volume production work, consistent execution within brand systems, and collaborating within a structured corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce marketing and communication assets across digital and print channels.
- Execute designs that align with established brand standards and corporate guidelines.
- Manage high‑volume production workflows for participant and client communications.
- Deliver a wide range of production-ready assets, which may include:
- Digital PDFs
- Email designs
- Postcards and print collateral
- Digital signage / monitor displays
- Occasional motion or video‑related assets (nice to have)
- Partner closely with writers and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience as a production graphic designer or similar role, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in corporate, financial, or similarly regulated environments.
- Familiarity with Figma and other marketing design tools.
- Background in agency environments is welcome, with an understanding that corporate workflows typically move at a different pace and involve layered approvals.

About the Team
You’ll join a team of approximately eight designers, working collaboratively with writers and cross‑functional partners. The team focuses on producing multi‑channel communications that support retirement and investment plan participants and other client audiences.
