Production Floor Responsibilities (80%):

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Job Details:
This position is responsible for the proper operation, maintenance, and management of all plant utilities, and department personnel. Utilities include but are not limited to – Anhydrous Ammonia Refrigeration System, Plant Water Systems, Steam Generation Systems, Pneumatic Systems, Fire Protection Systems and HVAC Systems. This position will provide frontline supervision for all technicians over 4 shifts that are assigned to these areas. Determine work schedules, and priorities to ensure the facilities’ needs are met. This role is responsible for maintaining all OSHA and EPA regulations through our Process Safety Management program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow and Ensure Team Members adhere to all Safety and Food Safety policies and be able to correct/address deficiencies as needed.
- Mechanical and Operational knowledge of plant utility systems including Ammonia, Steam, Compressed Air, Electrical, Fire protection, and Hot water systems. This knowledge should be adequate to effectively train other employees and provide troubleshooting assistance with the technicians.
- Establish and maintain an efficient onboarding training program.
- Training and developing all utility technicians for future development and knowledge as well as assisting technicians through the Dupont training system.
- Demonstrate the ability to se the current CMMS/SAP system for data entry, work management, and be capable of training other team members in the proper use of it.
- Provide support for the technicians through preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Responsibilities include daily safety talks, huddle meeting presentations, supervisor rounds, providing team member support, and daily recap of downtime to management.
- Lead or assist in completing plant audits, PM reviews, and follow up to completion.
- Work interdepartmentally to ensure needs of the customer are met, developed, and maintain Win/Win partnerships.
- As needed, initiate orders for parts/materials and provide follow-up.
- Assures adequate PM procedures/schedules to provide necessary support to assure proper equipment operation/repair/upkeep.

Have successfully completed technical training in Industrial Refrigeration field or display the ability to achieve such. Have working knowledge or ability to achieve such, of Utility systems such as Water, Steam, Pneumatics, Fire Protection, HVAC. Have experience with CCMS systems. Requires good written and oral communication skills, ability to work independently, and be results oriented.

The Program Consultant will lead process decarbonization initiatives designed to support commercial and industrial end users on behalf of our utility clients. This role blends strategic leadership, program operations, and relationship management to ensure meaningful energy savings and positive community impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate client needs through understanding of their business goals, and advocate for Frontier's solutions with a focus on how they align with specific client needs and industry wide trends.
- Manage all aspects of process decarbonization programs serving commercial and industrial end users, ensuring successful implementation and measurable outcomes.
- Track and analyze program performance, identifying opportunities for process enhancement, increased participation, and greater community reach.
- Manage budgets, reporting, and rebate processing to ensure financial accuracy and transparency. Serve as the primary point of contact for utility clients and internal teams by building trust through consistent communication and responsive support.
- Review scope of work break-downs with program staff and Frontier staff to ensure deliverables, milestones, and budgets are met.
- Guide program staff and energy analysts, fostering teamwork and accountability.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of project data and savings calculations to maintain program integrity.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve operational workflows and align on program goals and timelines.
- Prepare detailed internal and external reports highlighting outcomes, success stories, and opportunities for continued growth.
Required Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within energy efficiency, sustainability, or community-based initiatives.
- Degree in energy, engineering, or science field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Project management experience leveraging leading industry tools & platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.
- Skilled in data tracking, performance reporting, and interpreting results to inform program improvements.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables effectively while meeting client expectations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with or supporting industrial processes or commercial HVAC design.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency programs, building systems (lighting, HVAC, motors, controls), and utility operations.
- Advanced use of MS O365 suite including word processing, spreadsheet, quantitative data analysis, and presentation computer applications.
- Personable and outgoing, able to engage confidently with clients, utility representatives, and non-profit leaders.
- Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

General Summary
Under the immediate supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for all aspects of maintenance and repairs at an apartment community.
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Make ready units for new move-ins
- Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, blowing of breezeways and light landscaping
- Coordinates with Maintenance Supervisor to complete projects and work orders efficiently
- Performs minor electrical maintenance including, but not limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools
- Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, adding new lines, etc.)
- Performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry work (e.g. preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks and handles, etc.)
- HVAC certified having knowledge on systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance program
- Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service
- Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate concerns
- Able to work flexible hours
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
- Completes other tasks as directed and assigned
