Medical Director / Lead Physician – Occupational Medicine

About the position:
We’re looking for a physician who’s ready to take the next step into leadership while continuing to practice hands-on medicine.
This role offers a balanced mix of direct patient care and administrative oversight. You’ll care for patients while also helping guide clinic performance, support providers, and partner with state leadership to ensure goals around quality, productivity, and patient satisfaction are met.
This is a Monday through Friday clinic schedule, 8:00am–5:00pm. There is no part-time or reduced schedule option for this role.
Compensation:
Compensation is highly competitive, with a posted hourly range of $120–$150 per hour, translating to approximately $250,000–$312,000 annually, plus eligibility for up to a 10% performance bonus tied to KPIs and clinic performance metrics.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Providing direct occupational medicine and workers’ compensation care
- Supervising and supporting APPs and treating physicians
- Reviewing and signing off on charts as needed
- Partnering with the Practice Manager on staffing and day-to-day operations
- Supporting state-level medical leadership to ensure clinic performance goals are achieved

Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- Active Colorado medical license in good standing

- FMCSA certification for DOT exams, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire

Recruiting Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Recruiting Coordinator plays an important role in supporting our Talent Acquisition function across Keystone and Keystone’s network of partner agencies by ensuring an efficient and positive recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers. This position manages interview logistics, supports recruiting operations, and helps deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Coordination
- Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.

The On-Call Crisis Responder II position will reside in the Regional Crisis Response (RCR) Agency and report directly to the Crisis Responder Supervisor. The On-Call Crisis Responder II serves as needed on a team of other citywide community responders as part of the RCR Agency, which provides a consolidated and standardized mobile crisis response program operating throughout the jurisdictions served. The RCR Agency is an inclusive organization that endeavors to build a work culture which embraces diversity, encourages participation, and promotes equity.
Crisis Responders use evidence-based practice that promotes well-being through assessment, brief intervention, referral to services, and prevention. Crisis Responders incorporate knowledge of human behavior, sociology, psychiatry, psychology, and many other social science disciplines using advocacy, compassion and de-escalation and crisis intervention skills to support those with unmet needs in a culturally responsive manner. Perform tasks related to preventative maintenance, mechanical machine repairs, inspection and testing of equipment, building maintenance and specific projects. - Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment. physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems in the facility
- Set up and use machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill press and milling machine to repair or fabricate parts
- Troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facility equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- Complete assigned work orders and unplanned/emergency tasks as required
- Maintain maintenance area in a clean and orderly fashion
