Now Hiring: Litigation Attorney – Motor Tort & Workers' Compensation (Baltimore, MD)

We are partnering with a highly respected, AV-rated personal injury law firm headquartered in Baltimore that is actively seeking a motivated and driven Litigation Attorney to join their growing team.

About the Role:

This position offers the opportunity to manage a caseload of motor tort and personal injury matters, including handling circuit court jury trials. The ideal candidate will be confident representing clients in both court and administrative proceedings, while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage motor tort and personal injury cases from inception through resolution
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and administrative proceedings
• Handle litigation strategy, case preparation, and client communication

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Motor Tort Litigation and/or Workers' Compensation
• Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage cases independently
