Team & Mission

The Measurement Products team helps advertisers measure the incremental impact of their Pinterest campaigns and make informed investment decisions. We own and operate core measurement products including Pinterest Conversion Lift (PCL) Studies and Brand Lift Studies.

We build the platform these products run on and are evolving it into our nextgen Measurement Hub, an extensible platform that enables faster product iteration, onboarding of new study types, and deeper integration with Pinterest's enterprise data and experimentation systems. Role Summary

We're seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the architecture and technical direction of the measurement platform behind how advertisers understand the impact of their investment on Pinterest. You'll drive endtoend platform evolution (pipelines, services, correctness, reliability), partner closely with Product and Data Science, and raise the bar on rigor, trust, and operational excellence in ads measurement.

The Privacy & Conversion Data team is responsible for how the company safely and compliantly uses conversion data to power monetization. We build and operate the core privacy infrastructure behind ads reporting and optimization, including controlled data environments, finegrained access controls, centralized privacy rules enforcement, and deidentification pipelines for conversion data. Our mission is to make conversion data privacypreserving by default-centralized, deidentified, auditable, and easy for teams to use, while maintaining high utility for advertisers and staying ahead of an evolving global regulatory landscape.

Role Summary

We're seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the architecture and technical direction for the conversion data privacy platform, spanning both core Conversion Data systems and deidentification for ads reporting. You'll own the endtoend design and evolution of privacycritical pipelines and services, partner closely with Product, Data Science, Legal, and infrastructure teams, and set the technical bar for how we use conversion data safely at scale.

Pyramid is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Software Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth for AIR-Quire and future Pyramid software products. This is a hunter role focused on proactive outreach, cold calling, lead generation, and securing qualified demos within federal civilian and DoD agencies as well as non-governmental entities.

Software Implementation Specialist (Information Systems)

We’re looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment, optimization, and ongoing administration of our core agency technology platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands insurance systems and enjoys owning implementation from planning through adoption.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our agency management systems and technology ecosystem are configured, integrated, and fully leveraged to support growth and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Lead Software Implementation

• Own end-to-end implementation of new systems, enhancements, and technology initiatives
• Develop rollout plans, timelines, and adoption strategies
• Configure platforms to align with business structure and workflows
• Coordinate with vendors, IT partners, and internal teams
• Support data migration, testing, and go-live execution

Serve as Our Internal Systems Expert

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for core platforms, including:
• Sagitta
• Vertafore solutions
• ImageRight
• Manage system configuration, user access, permissions, and workflows
• Ensure data integrity and consistent system utilization across departments
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and performance

(Experience with AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar systems is highly transferable.)

Optimize & Integrate Technology

• Improve how systems work together to reduce manual processes and duplication
• Support reporting capabilities and system-driven visibility
• Standardize platform usage across teams

Support AI & Automation Initiatives

• Help implement AI-enabled tools for policy checking, proposal building, workflow automation, and document processing
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation to improve speed and accuracy
• Stay current on emerging insurance technology trends

Train & Drive Adoption

• Develop and deliver system training for employees
• Support onboarding of new hires
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting and guidance
• Ensure new tools and workflows are fully adopted and embedded into daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading or supporting software implementation projects
• Hands-on experience with insurance agency systems such as:
• Sagitta
• Vertafore
• ImageRight
• AMS360 or Applied Epic
• Insurance agency or brokerage experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance workflows (commercial or personal lines)
• Experience with system configuration, integrations, and data migration
• Strong communication skills and ability to train users
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
