The Role: Make an Impact

Overview
We are seeking a driven and technically minded Sales Representative - Packaging Solutions to lead the growth of our premium power rental refurbishment packages, custom-engineered solutions, and controls upgrades. Basic Duties
- Develop and grow sales of power rental refurbishment packages, custom generator solutions, and controls upgrade offerings across the Caterpillar Power Rental network nationwide.

- Conduct site visits, fleet evaluations, and technical discovery to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, repackaging, or performance enhancements.

- Prepare and present technical sales proposals, pricing, and project timelines tailored to customer objectives.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in power generation, rental equipment, or industrial solutions.
- Knowledge of generator sets, control systems, and power packaging is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar power products and the power rental industry is a plus.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close consultative sales in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage a wide geographic territory and travel as needed.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and service support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Summary Description
In addition to the staff nurse role, assumes shift responsibilities for the care delivery team. Assists in coordinating the provision of care through assigning and scheduling staff, as well as prioritizing, delegating and evaluating patient care. 3. Facilitates shared decision making among staff. Facilitates unit throughput on given shift to improve LOS (Length of Stay).
4. Coordinates/provides in-service programs to assist staff to maintain or enhance their competence in fulfilling job responsibilities based on identified needs of patient care personnel.
5. May assist manager with interview, selection, retention, mentoring, and evaluation of staff.
6. Participates in development of policies, procedures and standards for the department.
7. Assists with department Process Improvement and Peer Review.
Qualifications:
1. Associates Degree/Diploma required. BSN preferred.
2. Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by the state of Michigan.
3. One to two years of progressively more responsible experience with evidence of increasing leadership abilities.
4. Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, delegate to others and facilitate processes.

Essential Functions
- Overseas and facilitates the Skilled Trades training initiatives and ensures quality training is conducted within their designated trade expertise.
- Participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to obtain information useful to training facility and integrates information into training programs.
- Counsels and informs Manufacturing Training Specialist Team on training initiatives, training programs, and other initiatives as directed by the Manufacturing Training Manager.
- Observes daily operations in the manufacturing facility to determine the need for new training opportunities.
- Develops and trains employees in operations, safety, and company policies and practices following manuals, specifications, blueprints, and Stellar Energy America standards.
- Writes training products, including outline, text, handouts, and examinations as needed.
- Designs exercises and training practicums, while applying knowledge of electronics and mechanics, and following machine, equipment, and tooling manuals.
- Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lectures, simulations, and videos based upon curriculum for diverse types of audiences and learning delivery methods.
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of examination and assessments, and retraining requirements.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Required Education and Experience
- Experience in manufacturing facilities (or similar environment) specializing in insulated metal panels, paint, pipe fitting, or structural fitting.
- Verified Experience creating training manuals, online learning modules and course materials.
- Verified Experience delivering training to employees.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Steel frame construction industry experience a good fit, steel work, skilled trades experience, gas/plumbing environment, construction environment

Position Overview
GTI is seeking a Director of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to lead enterprise safety, environmental compliance, and risk management across manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for developing and enforcing EHS programs that protect employees, ensure regulatory compliance, and support operational excellence in fabrication-driven manufacturing environments. The Director of EHS partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain leadership to embed safety into daily production activities while maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental standards, and ISO-aligned quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead GTI’s Environmental Health & Safety strategy across manufacturing facilities
• Establish and enforce safety programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and applicable state and federal regulations
• Build and maintain safety management systems that support ISO 9001 operational discipline
• Lead site-level safety initiatives including hazard identification, risk mitigation, and safety audits
• Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
• Develop leading and lagging safety KPIs including TRIR, DART, near-miss reporting, and incident frequency rates
• Implement safety training programs covering equipment operation, lockout/tagout, confined space, welding safety, and industrial hazards
• Partner with manufacturing leadership to integrate safety into fabrication, assembly, welding, and production workflows
• Ensure environmental compliance including waste handling, hazardous material storage, emissions reporting, and regulatory documentation
• Manage site emergency response planning and incident preparedness
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Develop and maintain safety documentation, policies, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce workplace hazards and improve operational safety culture
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to support worker safety training, onboarding safety orientation, and compliance programs
• Provide executive reporting on safety performance, compliance risks, and improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• 10+ years of EHS experience within industrial manufacturing or fabrication environments
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing EHS programs or safety teams
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance standards
• Experience implementing safety systems within ISO-aligned manufacturing environments
• Proven experience leading incident investigations and corrective action programs
• Strong knowledge of industrial hazards including welding, fabrication, heavy equipment, and manufacturing processes
• Demonstrated ability to influence plant leadership and drive safety culture improvements
Preferred Qualifications
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or similar certification
• Experience in fabrication, modular manufacturing, or heavy industrial environments
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations
• Familiarity with environmental reporting, hazardous materials management, and sustainability initiatives
• Experience building enterprise EHS programs in growth-stage manufacturing organizations
Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight for day-to-day compliance with air, wastewater, water and storm water permits, plans, regulations.
- Interpret environmental laws and permit requirements, and stay up to date on the changing/new regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate reporting and recordkeeping requirements for permit compliance and corporate sustainability data tracking requirements.
- Maintain detailed records and prepare reports for submission to local, state and federal regulatory agencies.
- Develop and implement environmental compliance programs to ensure environment regulatory compliance is achieved in a cost-effective manner that also effectively manages environmental risks.
- Support the adherence to environmental initiatives.
- Oversee the development of findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to mitigate EHS hazards.
- Perform technical analysis of process data as related to air and water emissions.
- Apply for permits and maintain a schedule for renewals, and reporting.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate emergency response to release events as necessary.
- Develop and deliver environmental compliance-related training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Science, or related field. (minimum of 5 years of Environmental Science).
- 4+ years’ experience in industrial manufacturing facility.
- Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations with regard to Air Quality, Wastewater, Storm Water, Solid and Hazardous Waste Management.
- Experience with MSHA/OSHA, a plus.
- 50% travel to start, 25% after acclimation to sites.
