The Role:

• Develop and maintain cost estimates for materials, labor, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
• Analyze production data and cost variances to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, operations, and sales teams.

The Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or similar).
• Experience in cost engineering, estimating, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with manufacturing processes such as machining, stamping, welding, or assembly preferred.

Job Title: Practice Coordinator (Worcester, MA)

Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

• Checks in patients and collects accurate patient demographics, enters data into electronic system (Athena) and verifies insurance.
• Coordinates the daily operations of the physician office, including the medical records process, controlling the front desk, accounts payable, office supplies.
• Insurance verification in Athena
• Daily reconciliation of charges and payments.
• Inbound calls - patient triage, asking questions related to medication management
• Outbound calls - patient appointment follow up / medication & script follow up

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience working in a outpatient clinic at the front desk
• Experience triaging patient calls, checking patients in . out
• Strong customer service / soft skills
• EMR experience

Schedule/ Shift:

Monday - Friday

8am - 4:30p

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Scheduling existing patient appointments.
• Become an expert in our practice software for incoming communications and scheduling appointments.
• Greet patients for their in-person appointments, check-in/check-out.
• Complete super-bills for non-surgical services rendered, explain fees and take payments for service as well as assist in end-of-day payment reconciliations.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and provide reminders through email, text, or call.
• Ensure our waiting room is tidy, welcoming and comfortable for our patients.
• Provide and explain any special instructions to patients upon leaving their appointments.
• Assist in general office duties and other duties as required.

Required:

• High school diploma or GED at minimum; college degree encouraged
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills

Preferred:

• Clinical knowledge of aesthetic and/or medical terminology
• Basic computer systems such as Microsoft and Google suites, as well as software programs for scheduling and organizing documents
