Production Team Member Shipper II Paulo Cleveland 4428 Hamann Pkwy Willoughby, OH 44094 Wage: $19.57 - $20.23 Your schedule will include weekends Load and unload trucks and vans, handle incoming inspection (i.e. weight, counts, and paperwork), and move parts to staging areas in plant. Handle UPS and FedEx deliveries and shipments. Load build all Mentor and Minerva loads. Train new shippers as needed. Ensure that all shipping activities are conducted in a safe manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately weigh, label, load and unload customer parts using a forklift as necessary.
- Accurately confirm all incoming counts, as required and turn in paperwork to order writers in a timely and correct manner.
- Complete all paperwork, including PICs requirements for incoming and outgoing loads.
- Determine the status of the customer parts before loading vehicle to ensure that only parts ready for delivery are loaded (follow cone policy as well as checking the shop order).

· We have a Women's Center with a level 3 NICU. RTs will attend deliveries and care for babies who are admitted to the NICU receiving respiratory care

· We perform inpatient EKGs on the general care floors, occasionally outpatient (shared service with cardiology)
· We manage GE Carescape R860 vents, Servo I vents, Drager VN500 and HFOV NICU vents, Phillips V60, Bubble CPAP, REMstar CPAP, Smart Vest, and Airvo
· We perform bronchoscopy assistance with Glidescope disposable bronchs

- Education: Baccalaureate Degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- Licensure / Certification: Certification from American Society of Clinical Pathologists, equivalent; eligible for certification.
- If applicable, must maintain active certification.

Requirements:
Prior nursing experience desired, preferably in LDRP
Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho prior to hire date. If multistate license, must establish residency with Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days of hire.
Must provide licensure or proof of application in the state of Oregon for RN license within 90 days of hire
American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification
ACLS and NRP required or obtained within six months of hire date

Job Summary
Independently, or under the direction of a physician, performs ultrasound procedures and patient care requiring independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative in the utilization of prescribed ultrasound techniques for diagnosis and intervention. Has responsibility for diagnostic ultrasound, interventional and other examination procedures and physiology; with independent selection and modification of technical factors to produce optimum results. Education:
▪ Required: Graduate or graduation eligible (successful completion of all didactic courses and clinical competencies – not able to walk until next graduation date) of an approved school of medical sonography. Experience may be substituted for applicants that have not successfully completed a formal education program in medical sonography(see “Experience”)
Experience:
▪ Required: One year dedicated ultrasound experience OR No experience required with fulfillment of education requirement
▪ Preferred: Two years dedicated sonography imaging experience
Skills:
▪ Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
▪ Knowledge of current diagnostic radiology technical information.
▪ Proficient in using computers and computer systems.
▪ Excellent time management, interpersonal, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills.
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
▪ Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
▪ Required: Proof of passing result on ARDMS or ARRT examination.
