ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below:
Evaluates program participants through appropriate evaluation procedures and develops written treatment programs for each participant.
Administers appropriate treatment programs and communicates program participant needs to appropriate staff. Provides needed re-evaluation and programmatic changes as necessary.
Maintains timely and appropriate program participant/administrative and department documentation.
Ensures adherence to accreditation standards, licensure standards, professional code of ethics, and confidentiality.
Attends programmatic meetings on request for team reports, policy setting, exchange of information, etc.; attends other appropriate meetings/conferences as needed.
Attends clinical meetings to exchange, discuss, and evaluate program participant treatment programs.
Serves on rehabilitation treatment team(s). Communicates with physicians, staff, professionals/paraprofessionals, consultants, families, and community resources as needed to ensure effectiveness of physical therapy program.
Plans and implements in-service programs for staff and other groups as requested/assigned by supervisor.
Participates in orientation programs for new staff, program participants, and PT/PTA students.
Writes service summaries as requested by case manager/program director and maintains daily billing summaries and turns them into the appropriate staff.
Performs other related duties and activities as required.
Education and Experience:
Degree in Physical Therapy

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assembles components, assemblies or sub-assemblies.
- Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to specifications.
- May perform duties as required in assembly of electronic equipment such as cables, harnesses, chassis, and printed circuit boards; or may perform mechanical assembly of panels, LRU's, batteries, and servo motors as it pertains to cable assembly.

Job Qualifications

Incumbents are responsible for the care, custody, control, and transportation of a detainee population during an assigned shift. Specific duties include transporting arrestees and detainees to/from state prison, doctor appointments, holding cells, jails, and courts, serving court orders and serving hospital guard duty, transportation of IVC's to and from hospitals. Purpose of the position:

The Electrician II (Maintenance) performs maintenance, repair and installation as may be required on the interior building and exterior electrical distribution and lighting systems on the campus.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Repairs defective outlets and switches; replaces burned out or defective exterior lighting; Checks and replaces defective circuit protection devices including fuses up to 4160 volt.
- Troubleshoots and repairs problems with interior and exterior distribution and lighting; also electrical problems with various equipment such as air handlers, freezers, pumps, etc. Purchases working stock of electrical supplies and assure adequate levels are maintained; Estimates material requirements for jobs requiring other than on-hand supplies and purchase same.
- Prepares and executes a scheduled preventive maintenance program for all electrical distribution, and lighting systems;
- Assists and advises contractors in the installation of new service outlets, lines and switches as necessary to support new equipment or other requirements.
- Assures balanced loading of panels and prevents rated capacity from being exceeded.
- Employs energy conservation at every available opportunity.
- Checks operation, repair and replacement of sump pumps in manholes on a regular basis;
- Monitors signal, telephone, and high voltage cable installations in manhole systems. Cleans Manholes.
- Facilitates inspections and repair of campus lighting system; Re-lamps interior areas as required;
- Performs repair and preventative maintenance checks and services on variety of items including but not limited to stadium light towers, power risers, switchgear, motor control centers, all roof exhaust fans, fire alarm systems under supervision of a licensed fire alarm technician, all motors over 5 hp., variable frequency drives, and transformers.
- Installs new circuits and perform electrical system modifications in accordance with NEC and local electrical codes; Installs all types of conduit systems for electrical, telephone, data and HVAC controls.
- Provides for repair of primary electrical distribution system with members sharing a university cell phone on a rotating basis and providing 24-hour coverage during electrical emergencies.
- Performs scheduled maintenance checks and services on back-up generators and automatic transfer switches.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Perform lead role on jobs when helper is assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Completion of two-year technical training school in electrical trades required; three or more verifiable years as a journeyman electrician preferred.
- Must possess State of Texas Journeyman Electrician License
- Must possess knowledge of electricity sufficient for troubleshooting electrical and electronic control systems such as automation and energy management systems.
- Must possess proficiency with motor starters, relays, switches, and motor control circuits including 480 volt.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license, motor vehicle liability insurance and personal injury insurance, and complete the University Van Driver Training within 90 days of employment date.
- Must clear and maintain a favorable background investigation and clearance
- Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
- Must carry company provided cell phone and respond to calls on a 24 hour basis when on-call.
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English; must have ability to read written instructions, warning labels, and SDS Sheets in English.
- Must possess legible handwriting, possess eyesight in both eyes corrected to 20/20 and normal hearing ability (may be corrected); must successfully pass a PIPIC test for color blindness.
- Must be able to successfully handle frustrating conditions such as limits on time and limited access to equipment.
- Must possess mathematical ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in order to compute material costs as required for completion of work order form.
- Ability to work in an environment that requires a high level of security.
- Ability to operate and work from heights on a man-lift, ladder, cat-walk, roof, or scaffolding.
- Demonstrated knowledge in National Electrical Code and local codes. Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to use computers and IPad, ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point and Teams, ability to use virtual meeting platforms (zoom) a plus

Position Summary
The Quality organization is seeking an experienced QA Consultant (GxP) to join our team in San Diego, CA. In this on-site contracted role, you will lead the enhancement and maintenance of local Quality Systems, with a primary focus on the Quality Management System (QMS), Electronic Data Management System (EDMS), Document Control, and overall Quality Assurance functions.
You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting site-specific needs. This role is integral to the overall GxP Quality system, including processes such as Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, Training, and Document Control, as well as tracking and reporting Quality System Metrics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional GxP partners including QA, QC, Manufacturing, Validation, Supply Chain, Facilities, and Clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support concurrent activities for legacy Quality systems during QMS integration and system migration phases.
Provide QA oversight for approximately 125 updated SOPs and manual/paper-based systems.
Monitor quality metrics and dashboards to reduce overdue records and maintain effective QMS controls.
Operate and support legacy Quality systems during the transition to new platforms.
Oversee and execute Document Control activities for GxP documents, including manufacturing, clinical, and product quality records.
Assist in managing the GxP Training Program and deliver training on Quality System topics (e.g., Annual GMP Training, Change Control, Deviation, CAPA).
Collaborate with Change Control, Deviation, MRB, and CAPA owners to ensure timely completion and compliance of quality records.
Perform operational functions within the ComplianceWire Learning Management System (LMS) and Qualio (EDMS).
Support continuous improvement efforts for events within EDMS and LMS.
Work with document owners to ensure timely periodic review of procedures.
Assist in the creation and revision of SOPs, policies, forms, templates, and reporting tools.
Generate and trend quality metrics, communicating findings to leadership.
Support internal and external audits, including regulatory agency or partner audits, and assist in executing corrective action plans.
Review and approve paper-based quality documentation and electronic quality records.

Qualifications

Essential Functions
Patient Care
- Deliver physical therapy interventions as directed by a qualified Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s plan of care and the state Physical Therapy Practice Act.
- Treat patients to help relieve pain, maintain function, and support maximum safe performance.
- Lead patients through active and passive therapeutic exercises, muscle re-education, gait training, functional mobility activities, transfer training, and prosthetic training.
- Utilize physical agents such as heat, cold, water, light, electricity, ultrasound, and massage in alignment with state practice guidelines.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an associate degree in science or applied science (approved by APTA).
- Meets hospice personnel qualifications per §418.114(b)(8).
- Current PTA certification or licensure as required by state law.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Current CPR certification.
- Licensed driver with a reliable, insured automobile that meets organizational requirements.

Job Summary

Essential Functions
Patient Care
- Deliver physical therapy interventions as directed by a qualified Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s plan of care and the state Physical Therapy Practice Act.
- Treat patients to help relieve pain, maintain function, and support maximum safe performance.
- Lead patients through active and passive therapeutic exercises, muscle re-education, gait training, functional mobility activities, transfer training, and prosthetic training.
- Utilize physical agents such as heat, cold, water, light, electricity, ultrasound, and massage in alignment with state practice guidelines.

On an average day, you'll
- Perform welding operations in accordance with MIL-SPEC and NAVSEA standards.
- Maintain accurate welding records and documentation.
- Conduct visual inspections of completed welds.
- Work from engineering drawings and welding procedure specifications (WPS).
- Work closely with team members, engineers, and production supervisors to optimize workflow and improve production processes.
- Put safety first, all day every day.
What You Need To Apply
- Current MIL-SPEC welding certification or NAVSEA welder qualification
- Demonstrated experience with military/naval specification welding procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and practices, with a proven track record of adhering to safety guidelines
- Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures preferred
- Familiarity with quality control documentation and traceability requirements preferred
- Previous work in shipbuilding, defense, or aerospace industries preferred

Work Environment
This is a full-time, non-exempt position scheduled from Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We have flexible hours so you can start anytime between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. - an 8-hour shift plus 30 min. lunchbreak will have you finish your day between 2.30 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. This position works in a manufacturing production environment. This role routinely uses standard personal protective equipment such as required Safety Glasses and Safety shoes, as well as head and hearing protection and gloves, as required.
