POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing scientific and clinical direction to the HLA clinical laboratory and reports to a designated member of the SQL/LSA senior leadership team and a Medical Director. This position is responsible for oversight of all licensed and unlicensed personnel in the HLA department and serves as a mentor and assists in the development of HLA Director in Training (DIT) candidates per ACHI. Responsible for providing technical interpretation of results, providing consultations with physicians, overseeing research projects, implementing new assays/assay troubleshooting, quality assurance, and reviewing SOPs. Assumes Clinical Consultant responsibilities and participates on site and system-level committees as assigned/required. This position will hold a faculty appointment with the University of Arizona Department of Pathology.
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- PhD in in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science.
- Two (2) years appropriate specialty experience.
- Board certification by the American College of Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics (ACHI) in the following areas of accreditation:

Hexcel is currently seeking an Aluminum Expand & Trim Operator for our Casa Grande, AZ, USA location. Start rate: $25.00 Per Hour during the New Hire Orientation Period normally 90 calendar days, then increases to $27.31 Per Hour. This position is on Grave shift (11:00PM to 7:00AM, Monday Friday + O/T as required) and pays a $1.75 per hour shift premium. Note that the workday on Grave shift is designated by the day the shift ends.
The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
- Performs operations to nail, belt, expand, flatten/stress relief, and trim aluminum core details to customer-defined dimensions. Operates a variety of custom expanding equipment, large band saws with moving tables, large power shear, hot glue applicators, powered lift equipment and a Programmable Logic Controlled oven. Performs any MRP transactions as required.
- Performs set-ups, first part checks and any specific nailing, belting, expanding, trimming and when necessary stress relief of Aluminum core slices to meet customer requirements.
- Uses a tape measure, a dial caliper, 6" rule and micrometer. Uses visual inspections and sales order review specification list to ensure product meets customer specifications, especially length, width, thickness, and cell count (cells per inch).
- Uses a computer and calculator to compute and enter data for MRP transactions.
- Enters proper temperature and timing on heat stress oven to assure optimum flatness of core.
- Transports product by hand, powered lift, and manually powered cart.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year experience required preferably in manufacturing. Minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience in the Hexcel Casa Grande facility may substitute in lieu of one year experience. Previous Hexcel experience preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesEssential Responsibilities:
- Prepare check requests for open account invoices as needed.
- Coordinate check processing with National Accounting Administrators.
- After receiving Regional Manager of Accounting Operations & Administration approval, coordinate weekly subcontractor and material check processing with the National Accounting Administrators, ensuring checks are mailed via USPS or overnight courier services.

FUNCTION:
In an assigned area or cell, work with limited supervision to perform the assembly of Production aircraft parts as well as the teardown, and assembly of Overhaul & Repair designated aircraft parts.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
- Performs fitting and assembly operations on various production aircraft parts.
- Performs teardown and assembly of overhaul & repair aircraft parts.
- Cleans and applies special adhesives to materials resulting in a permanent bonding of the materials. Sets up and controls furnace temperature in accordance with established specifications.

TYPICAL DUTIES:
- Work from drawings, sketches, computer-generated information and verbal instructions to plan the polishing, finishing or re-work operation to be performed.
- Must be capable of following standard finishing applications in order to achieve dimensional integrity and required finish characteristics.
- Must have comprehensive understanding of the material characteristics being worked on in order to determine the appropriate wheel, grit, compound or abrasive texture to use in order to achieve desired finish and dimension.
- Perform precise chamfering operations on parts, without damaging other critical part dimensions
- Work from quality review and corrective work documents to repair or rework parts.
- Use precision measuring instruments in order to gage various critical dimension and tolerance limits, in accordance with established parameters or blue print requirements.
- Performs temporary part marking and In process transfer marking operations using Vibro Engraving, Electro-chemical Etch, or Ink Stamp, methods with suitable legibility to meet drawing or customer specification requirements
- Actively participate in various aspects of Lean production and Continuous Improvement projects that drive efficiency improvements.
- Must work safely at all times. Participate in safety improvement initiatives by raising any safety concerns and helping to come up with corrective actions.

Role:
This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative, operational, and organizational support to the executive leadership team while ensuring the smooth, efficient, and professional functioning of our Houston office.
This individual will sit at the front desk of our new Houston location and serve as the face of the organization, creating a welcoming and professional first impression for employees, guests, and partners. In addition to executive support, this role will act as Front Desk Manager and Office Manager, partnering closely with Facilities to oversee day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive administrative support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and preparation of meeting materials
- Serve as the primary front desk representative at the Houston office, greeting visitors and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment
- Manage incoming calls, mail, deliveries, and package distribution
- Partner with Facilities and building management on shipping, receiving, and operational needs
- Coordinate building access, including badge creation, visitor registration, and access tracking
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring the space remains organized, functional, and professional

Qualifications:

- Experience serving as a front desk or office lead in a professional office setting is preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency using AI-powered productivity tools, including AI assistants, meeting transcription platforms, automated document creation, and workflow optimization solutions
